To begin with,the quote tells us to be a honest  we do that,we will reduce our heart  don’t have to remember anything use we have a clear  orther words,if somebody tell lies,he must remember what he said  order not to truth  then on,he have a guilty conscience all the  he will not happy in daily life. 
When I look at the quote，I feel  our life,We almost face truth and lie yone may tell lies in some  it is difficulty remembering all things you have  is a hard process.I think a lot by the  is a little humous and  appeal to me  I was in high school,the rules are very ing a magezine was  I read the magazine at the last destk（my classmate’s）on the sly,but when I leave ,I forgot to take  teacher came in ,she saw the magazine and confiscated  he criticised the host of the desk.I feel not well,but I don’t tell our teacher the  heart  day like an endless r class,I went to the office,admite my error to the  that moment,I became clear and say sorry to my gh I was criticised,I was ’s more, no matter what lies we say,we can’t keep  fear to face the  will keep nervous for a long time,we can’t relax  particularly,someone tell lies because of selflish,vanity and  must remember  not,the truth will come  will be punished and get little friendship.
For everyone,young or old,rich or poor,great or sty is a foundation in our dy like making friends with a person who usually tell lies. In our childhood,our mothers told us not to tell  we tell lies,we would not a good  grow up with the story —《cry wolf》in that  of us know that we shouldn’t tell  , let’s develop the  the truth  be a clear  we will be happy forever.
