I. Warm-up
1. 首先與學生熱情的打招呼,師介紹自己喜歡drawing,問生‚Do you like ……?由師生對話引出chant.

【設計意圖】為新句型的學習做了準備,為本課拓展活動複習能用到的單詞,能充分挑起同學們學習慾望,生邊chant邊做動作,活躍課堂氣氛。
2.由chant內容引出:I like doing sports.講授doing sports意思。師:
I like doing sports on the playground in my school.出示學校操場和學生活動的照片,幫助理解do sports。
出示四國小校照片:問生‚What aboutourschool?What’s your school like?
【設計意圖】出示學校照片,主要是為了引出本課新句型:What’s your school like?然後同學們看見了自己的學校,自然比較熟悉,用英語描述也不在話下。
II. presentation
1. 由談論自己和同學們的學校引出,我們的好朋友Li Ming和Lucy也在談論Lucy的新學校。聽課文第一段找出:Li Ming問Lucy什麼問題?
2. 教授本課新句型:What’s your new school like? 在上一個環節生已經初步感知了這個句型,所以同學很容易掌握這個句型。然後進行師生對話練習。
3. 出示Lucy學校的圖片,進行課文主要句型的教授There are many trees and flowers。講授新單詞tree,並總結字母組合ee 的發音。並且用不同的圖片交換練習新句型。
4. 拓展There are many……用學習用品替換練習。
5. 第二遍聽音,回答問題:What else are in Lucy’s school?聽音劃線。
6. 利用練習there is句型
There is a school. I like singing/having English /dancing……there.
7. 跟讀課文注意引導學生模仿語音語調。
自己讀課文,兩組展示。
III. Practice.
1.練習區分there is和there are 句型的區別。
主要的練習方法:1、利用課件圖片的不斷變換進行練習。
2、師出示一張課本中let‘s talk 中的圖片讓生小組找出圖中there is ……和there are……都有什麼?
3、What’s our school like?
播放我校校園風景圖片和建築物圖片,引導學生用英語表達。
4、Groupwork:小組討論後,自主完成寫作。兩組展示
