someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.
a poet said “to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i’d like to share it with all of you. let’s show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our er and life is. i have a short line of life.

工作總結
2014年的末日傳言，已經在2014年的第一場大雪中不攻自破了。在曾認為終結一切的一年裏，無論是生活還是工作到處都有豐收的景象。
一 履行工作崗位職責
在教師培訓學校學習了英語教學新課標，在教學開始之際，就認真的制定了計劃，並按照計劃完成了教學任務。
這次新來的外教老師，依舊很友愛，在平時的聊天中，不但提高了自身的口語水平，而且還可以多瞭解外國當地的風俗與禮儀。
本學習又展開了英語技能大賽。綜合各個年級學生的特點，把歌曲，詩朗誦，英語故事等比賽項目，紛紛向學校以及同學們進行展示。參與比賽的同學們也都準備的很充分，積極性很高。 二 教學方面
本學期我擔任二年級英語教學的工作。面對着一羣0基礎的插班生，以及層次不一的老學生，每次上課前都要做足備課工作，每堂課的活動流程都要結合不同班級的特色進行變動。一班的學生很容易興奮，課堂活動不宜過多，否則組織紀律浪費時間；二班的學生課堂回答問題不夠積極，課堂紀律較好，可以多通過遊戲刺激學生的口語表達。創造一個好的課堂氣氛，學生的注意力完全被教師吸引，不容易走思溜號。一節好的英語課，不但可以使學生掌握新的知識，更是對自己工作的肯定。看着學生們把陌生的句子流利的朗誦出來，並且生動的表演出來，是讓教育者最欣慰的演出。
對於後進生不但課堂上對他們的點滴進步給予大力表揚，課後還經常和他們聊天，讓他們熟悉新環境，給他們樹立信心，激發他們學習英語的興趣。同時，開展一對一輔導，優等生幫助後進生，既是好朋友又是小老師。
本學期的英語興趣課也花了不少心思，週二的補差除了課本基礎知識外，容入了英語歌曲，英語故事的穿插。花樣性增加了，學生們的學習興趣也有所提高，讓他們心裏有念想，
有期待，願意參加到英語學習中。而週四的陪優，這學期還有了外教的加入，在課堂設計更貼近現實。我與兩名外教老師編了一些適合二年級學生之間的情景對話材料，在外教老師的教授下，這些優等生的口語能力變的更強了。
三 業務學習
學校定期組織理論知識學習，並及時記錄學習筆記。從多種途徑擴大視野，堅持把思想政治教育貫穿於教學活動之中。時時做到教書育人，言傳身教，注意自身師表形象的同時也重視對學生的全面培養。在工作中，我積極，主動，勤懇，責任性較強。在不斷的學習中，努力使自己的思想覺悟、理論水平、業務能力都得到較快的提高。
學校組織聽課也是學習的好機會，聽的課程不僅有英語學科，還包括語文數學等其他學科。聽課的目的只有一個，那就是取人之長，補己之短。
在教學環節或者控班上出現了問題，我也及時的向周圍的老師請教，採用多種方式與同行老師或者資深的班主任老師們進行業務交流與研討，希望自己進步，得到提高。
總之，一年以來，幹了一些工作，也取得了一些成績贏了表揚，但成績只能代表過去，工作中也存在着一些不足。在今後的工作中，我一定要繼續發揚優點，改正不足。揚長避短，爭取更大的成績。
