教材分析

本單元以前面的知識為基礎，讓學生學會新的詞彙和語句，提高聽説技能，用來談論動物的特點，以及動物住處和它們所吃食物。本課是冀教版三年級英語下冊Lesson11教學內容，主要學習動物所吃食物，並滲透着名詞複數、不可數名詞meat，grass以及單複數同行名詞fish的學習。另外，還要求孩子們瞭解輔音字母s, z, x和元音字母o在單詞裏的發音及其規則。

學情分析

學生在前面已經學了許多農場的動物，在這一單元學習動物園的動物，比較簡單易學，容易理解，但是有些同學會容易把農場的動物和動物園的動物混淆，所以要多強調，幫助他們分辨。另外，經過半年多的學習，三年級學生對英語已有初步認知，教師要設計學生喜歡的活動讓每一個學生參與進來，更要充分利用好有基礎的學生資源，讓他們起到配合，榜樣的作用。三年級學生注意力不集中，課堂紀律一般，應該逐步改善他們的聽課紀律，從而提高對學習英語的興趣。

T:由meat一詞引入不可數名詞的概念，並要求孩子們回答有哪些名詞是不可數名詞。

T：總結不可數名詞：液體、各種肉類、grass、hair等。

採用遊戲的形式複習已學詞彙，既吸引學生注意力，激發學生學習興趣，又為學習新內容打下鋪墊。

運用拆分法、讀音規則幫助記憶單詞。
