修正後的法律

加州曾一時全面禁止公共浴池營業，之後修正為禁止公共浴池推崇顧客不使用避孕工具進行性行為。

加州卡梅爾市曾規定穿着鞋跟超過5cm，或者鞋跟底面積低於6.5平方釐米的高跟鞋屬於違法，之後修正為只要持有高跟鞋許可證就合法。

可以無視的法律

內華達州拉斯維加斯市規定，駕駛汽車屬於違法(為了不讓馬匹受驚)，由於廢除該法律需要花費資金，雖然該法律目前仍然有效，但是可以直接無視。

田納西州孟菲斯市規定，女性在前方沒有男性揮舞小紅旗進行引導時擅自駕車屬於違法，該法律可以無視。

內華達州規定在沙漠狩獵駱駝屬於違法，但如今該州已無駱駝，法律也未修正，因此可以無視。

1)Teddy Roosevelt's Badger
