第四篇：質量保證書

1.天窗質量保證期為安裝之日起36個月內，在質量保證期內因製造商的過失或質量問題發生故障，請參考本質量保證書並諮詢當地安裝店或本司售後服務中心，以便享受免費修理及更換零部件等保修服務。

2.超過質量保證期限的產品接受售後服務時，應收取零部件和人工費。

3.保修期內涉及以下情況的售後服務時，收取零部件費。

- 玻璃損壞及更換。

- 因使用操作錯誤引起的故障。

- 由本司或得到本司認可的售後服務單位之外的人員進行維修，

從而引起的產品結構和性能的變形及損壞。

- 車輛事故，火災、水災等自然災害引起的故障或損傷。

- 沒有或不提示該產品的有效質量保證書，沒有完整填寫質量保證書必添的內容，偽造質量保證書。

4.其它產品質量保證方面問題，請諮詢本司售後服務中心，科珂天窗時刻與您共同演繹美好生活。

第五篇：質量保證書

商品房質量保證書

一、質量等級

核定單位：_____________________________________________.

二、地基基礎和主體結構在合理使用年限內承擔保修。

三、抗震設防烈度：四級度。

四、正常使用情況下各部位、部件保修內容及保修期

1．屋面防水：x年。

2．廚房和衞生間地面及管道滲漏：x年。

3．牆面、頂棚摸灰層脱落：x年。

4．地面空鼓開裂、大面積起砂：x年。

5．門窗翹裂、五金件損壞：x年。

6．管道堵塞：x個月。

7．供熱系統和設備：x個採暖期。

8．電器線路：x年。

五、開發商對所售房地產擔保的質量保證可委託物業管理部門負責實施。

六、用户根據合同規定的交付狀態，對有關房地產質量等級、設備設施的正常運行履行驗收。用户驗收後自行添置、改動的設備、設施，由用户自行承擔維修責任。

七、保修期從竣工驗收的房產交付用户使用之日計算（國家另有規定的按國家規定執行）。
