英語二寫作(書信)指導_

1.認真審題,明確寫作要求或目的。

根據寫作要求,可知這是一封詢問信。

1)瞭解詢問信的特點

詢問信的主要目的是尋求所需信息,通常包括以下三大方面的內容:

開頭段(引言部分):自我介紹,表明寫作意圖,説明寫這封信的目的是尋求什麼樣的信息或幫助。 主體段(發展部分):詢問具體信息,即就詢問的事項提出具體問題。

結尾段(結尾部分):表達獲取信息的強烈願望,提供聯繫方法以便收信人與你聯繫,並對有關人員表示感謝。

注意:由於詢問有可能給對方帶來麻煩,所以措辭要謙虛、誠懇。此外,語氣通常比較正式、和緩,要充分表達感激之情。

2)掌握常用套句

開頭:

I'm writing to request more information about the day tour to London.

I am writing to ask you whether you can help me?

I am writing to see if it is possible for you to provide me with information regarding? I am writing to ask if you could do me a favor.

Will you please send me the relevant information and application forms?

Will you please?

書信的格式通常由信頭、稱呼、書信主體、落款和署名等必要部分組成。

1)信頭:給親友寫信時,信頭裏只寫門牌號碼、街道名和城市名,以及寫信日期。如果是商務書信,信頭還應包括髮信人的公司名稱。 2)信內地址(可選):多用於商務書信,在此處寫收信人的姓名、職務和地址。 3)主題(可選):多用於商務書信。

4)稱呼:稱呼中所用的標點符號,英國式常用“,”,美國式常用“:”。 ① 正式稱呼:

a. 當寫信的對象為某團體、組織、機構或不知對方姓名的時候,一般是這種寫法:Dear Sir or (/) Madam,b. 當寫信的對象為某領導、上司、老闆或校長等上級的時候,一般是以下這種寫法: Dear Mr. *** (***代表姓)

Dear Mrs. ***(針對已婚婦女)② 非正式稱呼:

當寫信的對象是朋友或熟人的時候,一般是這種寫法:Dear *** (***代表名字,即 Given Name)

5)書信主體:要根據信件內容要求來進行細緻劃分——但都講求開門見山、不繞彎子,大約寫7-8句話即可。一般題目會要求寫三個信息點,所以針對每個信息點可寫兩句話,最後寫兩句禮貌用語,即可完成整個信件寫作。 6)落款和署名

根據寫的對象不同,也劃分為兩大類: ① 正式稱呼:

a. 當寫信的對象為某團體、組織、機構或不知對方姓名的時候,一般是這種寫法:Yours faithfully,b. 當寫信的對象為某領導、上司、老闆或校長等上級的時候,一般是這種寫法:Yours sincerely,注意:在美國英語中習慣寫為:Sincerely yours,

② 非正式稱呼:當寫信的對象是朋友或熟人的時候,一般是以下這種寫法:

Kind regards, Best wishes,

當然還可以有更多的寫法,如:With best wishes, 或All the best, 但常用的為以上兩種。7)附言(可選):在正文後頭,附上需要補充的事項。 8)函內附件(可選):在正文後頭,指明隨信附寄物件的名稱和數量。

另外,書信(尤其是商務書信)各部分在信紙上的分佈位置有不同方案:縮進式和齊頭式。 3.具體寫作步驟:

第一步:尋找關鍵詞(即題幹標註信息)。 第二步:思考寫作的架構。

一般而言,完成整個信件的寫作需要約25分鐘左右時間,可以先用2-5分鐘進行審題。用15-18分鐘行文,用1-2分鐘檢查。

1)稱呼:由於寫作對象是某旅行社,因此可以寫為:Dear Sir or Madam,2)主體:

① 開頭段(引言部分)寫法: 開門見山,表明寫作意圖 ② 主體段(發展部分):

③ 結尾段(結尾部分) 表達獲取信息的強烈願望,提供聯繫方法以便收信人與你聯繫,並對有關人員表示感謝。按照英語信件的慣例,在信件最後要有一個禮貌的結尾(a polite ending)。
