愛的付出與收穫
尊敬的評委,各位老師，你們好：
今天我演講的題目是《愛的付出與收穫》
有人説：“幼兒園是最容易教的，卻也是最難教的。”這句話乍一聽起來很矛盾似的。但是在我從教一兩個月以後，我卻對這句話的內涵有了更為深刻的認識。
説容易教是因為孩子們什麼都不懂，教的時候任你發揮；説難教，也是因為孩子們什麼都不懂，所以要教好他們，除了應該有足夠的耐心之外，還必須有足夠的愛心和責任心。所以幼兒園教師除了像一般的教師一樣具備良好的業務素質和師德之外，還必須有一顆童心，只有這樣，才能更好的和孩子們交流溝通，更容易讓孩子們接受你所傳授的知識和經驗。
我是一名新教師，在學校裏我學的雖然是幼師，畢業後卻一直在教國小。今年暑假開學機緣巧合我成了一名幼兒教師，雖説教育都是相通的，卻也只是一句泛泛之談，真正運用於實踐還是需要很多努力和探索的。
現在的工作對我來説是新奇而又充滿了挑戰的。我一直很喜歡孩子，也一向自認為很有孩子緣，原本以為做一個孩子王來説一定是駕輕就熟的了。可是面對五十個性格各異，來自於不同家庭的孩子，我還真是有些束手無策了。
這三個月以來，在園領導的鼓勵下，在有經驗老師的幫助下，我用各種方式、方法來了解孩子：在日常生活中以“媽媽”的細心關心體貼他們；在教育教學中以“嚴師”的耐心啟發引導他們；在遊戲中以“玩伴”的童心信任鼓勵他們。走進童心
世界，與他們同歌同舞，同喜同憂，同玩同樂，處處與孩子們打成一片，理智施愛，孩子們很快願意和我在一起，並願意把自己的小祕密、悄悄話告訴我，甚至給我帶來他們最喜歡的食品和禮物，我的愛得到了回報。有人説，愛是辛苦的，被愛是幸福的。在我看來，愛與被愛是同樣幸福的，付出愛後得到的愛是那樣的讓人滿足。我深深地感受到只有愛的奉獻，才是愛的主旋律。幼兒的心靈是一張未經渲染的白紙，是幼兒教師們幫他們描繪成一幅幅美妙的圖畫；幼兒的心靈是一羣凌亂的小音符，是教師幫他們編排出一曲曲動人的樂章；教師的充滿愛意的言傳身教對孩子們的未來起着不可估摸的作用。
我給孩子們播種着真摯的、無私的愛，孩子們也使我收穫着他們獨有的、天真的、純潔的愛。在今後的工作中，我會堅定我的信念，用愛繼續譜寫孩子們的孩提時代，讓我的孩子獲得最大的快樂和進步。因為愛是老師最美的語言。

她似涓涓細流，滋潤着人類的靈魂；她似堅強的臂膀，支撐着文明的進程——她就是教師。教室裏放飛的是希望，黑板上寫下的是奉獻。今天當我走向講台，我要説，為師，真棒！為師，無悔！
看！我們的校園，熱鬧裏充滿單純與童真，寧靜中孕育希望與憧憬。這裏沒有金錢的富有，沒有地位的顯赫；這裏有眼睛晶亮如星星，這裏有笑臉天真如星空。歲月在流逝，校園裏鈴聲叮鐺，歌聲飛揚。菁菁校園，朝氣蓬勃，默默耕耘，無怨無悔。
教育的根是苦的,但果實是甜的。工作八年，常有被“調皮”孩子氣哭的時候，常有被家長誤解的時候，常有被瑣事困擾的時候……，面對外面精彩的世界，時尚前衞的生活，我也曾有過猶豫，有過彷徨，有過迷惘……可是，看看孩子們那一雙雙純真明亮的眼眸時，我再次堅定了自己的選擇，講台上的我，一定是最美麗的。送走了一屆又一屆的孩子，一幕幕深情的記憶在心底珍藏。在悄悄流逝的日子裏，最大的安慰莫過於見到孩子在人生路上的一步步成功。看，女孩亭亭玉立，男孩天真活潑，我的心怎不被一種驚訝和喜悦所充盈。
教師它沒有驚天動地之舉，只是從繁雜瑣碎的工作中細細地理出一天的思路；它沒有哀婉動聽的故事，只是校園裏冬青樹一綠再綠的新意；它沒有驚險的飛躍，只是歲歲年年、朝朝暮暮與孩子的風雨兼程。
人們常説，教師是蠟燭，照亮別人；我以為，教師更象火炬，熊熊燃燒中有學生的光焰。這些年來，許多孩子已經融進了我的生命，成為我生命中不可或缺的部分。我深深地愛着他們，真誠地感謝他們。我知道，正是因為有了他們，我的生命才會象今天這樣多彩，象今天這樣燦爛！
又是一個飄雪的季節，冬天來了，我也來了。心中捧來了如夏日鮮花般色彩的嚮往：我立志、我勤勉，我要用嶄新的面貌去解答孩子心中的夢想；我自豪，我幸運，我是一名新世紀的孩子王；我堅定，我獨立，用雙腳踩出執著的征程，去映現新世紀教師的形象。
又是一個柳絮紛飛的季節，冬天過去了，春天來了，我們也來了，心中捧來了如夏日絢爛鮮花的嚮往。每天以温柔的清風放飛孩子心中的夢想，每天以甜蜜的笑言綻放孩子的美好的心靈，每天以瘦弱的雙手攙扶孩子們生活的溝溝坎坎……這就是我，一名幼教工作者，永遠不變的承諾，這就是我，堅定三尺舞台的今天，永遠無悔的選擇！
