因為我們知道，多元化的傳統是我們強點，而不是弱點。我們是一個由基督教和穆斯林、猶太教和印度教以及無信仰者組成的國家，我們是由來自地球每個角落的各種語言和文化組成的；因為我們承受過內戰和種族隔離的痛苦洗禮，走出黑暗的歷程，我們更加堅強，更加團結。我們不得不相信，以前的仇恨總有一天會過去，派別分歧遲早會消失。隨着世界在變小，我們共有的人道主義精神一定會展示出來，美國一定要率先走進新的和平紀元。
針對穆斯林世界，我們要在相互有利和相互尊重的基礎上，尋找新的推動方式；針對那些企圖製造衝突，或者把自己的社會問題推卸給西方的各國領導人，要知道，你們的人民會用你的建設成就，而不是摧毀能力來評判你；針對那些通過腐敗、欺騙和鎮壓異議人士來維持權力的人，要知道你們是在錯誤的歷史一邊；不過只要你們願意放開拳頭，我們願意向你們伸出手。
針對那些貧窮國家，我們保證和你們一起工作，讓你們的土地肥沃，讓清水長流；我們會滋養飢餓的身軀，灌輸飢渴的頭腦。針對那些和我們一樣相對富足的國家，我們要説，對我們境外的痛苦，我們再不能無動於衷了，在消耗世界資源的同時，我們不能不考慮後果。因為世界已經改變了，我們也一定要隨之改變。
當我們思考未來的道路，我們要帶着謙卑的感恩之心，牢牢記住那些勇敢的美國人，他們現在正在遙遠的沙漠和山脈執行巡邏任務。他們今天有話要告訴我們，就像安葬在阿靈頓那些逝去的英雄一直對我們低語一樣。我們向他們致敬，不只是因為他們捍衞我們的自由，他們更落實了服務的精神，他們願意尋找比自己意義更重大的事情。在這個時刻，這個將定義整個時代的時刻，正是這樣的精神，必須長存在我們心中。
不論政府能夠或者需要做什麼，這個國家最終仰賴的還是美國人民的信仰和決心。在堤壩決堤的時候，接納一個陌生人所展現的仁慈；因為不願意看到朋友失業，而寧願減少自己的工時所展現的無私，這些美德幫助我們度過最黑暗的時間。消防隊員衝進滿是濃煙的樓梯間所展現的勇氣；父母教養孩子展現的自發
性，這些最終決定了我們的命運。
我們的挑戰或許是全新的。我們解決的方式也可能是全新的。但是我們的成功所仰賴的價值觀卻是恆古不變的，這些價值觀是辛勤工作、誠實、勇氣、公平、寬容和好奇。這些是真實的。在歷史上，這些是推動我們前進的寧靜力量。現在需要的是迴歸這些真理。我們現在需要的一個新的責任世紀。每一個美國人都要認清，我們對我們自己、我們的國家、世界都有義務。我們不是勉強的接受這些義務，而是歡欣的接納。我們堅定的知道，沒有什麼比為艱難的任務全力付出更能滿足我們的精神，更能定義我們的特質。這是公民權的代價和承諾。
這是我們自信的泉源。我們知道神召喚我們為了要塑造這個充滿變動的未來。
這是我們的自由和信仰的意義，這説明了為什麼不同種族和信仰的男女和幼童相聚在這個宏偉的廣場上；這説明了為什麼一個當他的父親在不到60年前或許還不能在餐廳裏接受服務的人，今天能夠在你們面前，許下這個最神聖的誓言。
讓我們以這樣的態度紀念這一天：我們記得自己是誰，我們前進了多遠。在美國誕生的年代，在最寒冷的月份，一小羣愛國者在冰凍的河岸上，蜷縮在將熄的營火旁。那時，首都被遺棄了。敵人正在向前推進。白雪上沾染了鮮血。當時，我們革命的結果遭受最大的懷疑，但我們的建國之父命令要對人民宣讀這些文字：
"讓未來的世界知道，在寒冷的冬天，這個只有希望和美德能夠生存的時候，受到一個共同危機挑戰的城市和國家，曾經勇敢的面對他。"
美國。面對我們共同的危機，在這個艱苦的嚴冬，讓我們記得這些永恆的字句。帶着希望和美德，我們再次勇敢的面對冰冷的激流，承受未來可能降臨的風暴。讓我們的下一代傳頌，當我們受到考驗的時候，我們拒絕結束這場旅程。我們沒有回頭，也沒有步履蹣跚。我們的眼光定在地平線上，神的恩典顧及我們，我們帶着一份偉大的禮物，也就是自由，向前進，然後將這份禮物安全的交給未來的世世代代。謝謝大家!

第四篇：就職演講
大家好，我是創業實踐部幹事樑思偉。首先，非常感謝大家對我的肯定、支持和信任，讓我今天能夠站在這裏，更讓我明天有更多的機會為團委、為更多同學做事。我對此感到很榮幸。同時，我知道，這也是一份更大的責任，作為團委的一份子，負責着一個部門的統籌事項，如何最大限度地發揮大家的積極性，創造性地做好每一份工作，這，任重而道遠。
從上學期到現在，差不多一年多的時間，我們部門在師兄師姐等眾位前輩的帶領下，一起共事，一路走來。其中，也讓受益匪淺。
首先，在工作上，我認識最深刻的是，做好一件事，分工、合作、協調、細節的重要性：
分工能把責任、任務明確到個人，提高工作效率；比如説，那一項工作是誰負責的，到時候有問題也有根有據。
合作能充分發揮多方面的積極性，充分利用資源；就是説辦一個活動或者做一件什麼事，不要説一個部門獨自全部承擔，可以幾個部門，一個兩個部門合作，比如説宣傳工作由宣傳部承擔，具體到各個專業的詳細工作可以由團支部承擔之類的。
協調可以消除不必要的衝突，減少矛盾的產生；比如説部門內部，本來安排這幾個人做這一事，那幾個人做那一事，但是由於時間上有衝突，這樣就需要互相協調，分析一下，看是否可以把兩者的工作對調一下，或者把工作時間稍微變動一下。
細節可以見微顯著，甚至牽一髮而動全身，影響全局的成敗。就拿我們部門上次那個活動來説，有很多的數據需要分析、處理、統計，如果有一小處失誤，那將有可能影響到其他地方的數據統計，這樣，對細節的要求就更高了。
第二，讓我感受最深的是，組織能力和工作流程安排的合理性。組織能力起到統籌全局，指揮大局的領頭羊作用。在一個活動中，如果你處於一個牽頭的位置，那麼，就要想着如何去組織，如何讓每個人的積極性都表現出來。工作流程安排的合理，在於在工作的時候儘量做到 一切都按原計劃進行 不至於一盤散沙 亂成一團。
第三，也是我比較自豪的一件事，就是一年以來，我認識了很多前輩及同事，其中發現他們身上有很多值得我學習的地方，他們的出人之處，包括眾多方面的，都讓我自愧不如，正所謂，取其之長補己之短，也讓我深受教育；比方説，他們的基本禮貌禮儀、與人溝通、與人交流的方式，例如刻意去記住一些人比如校黨委、團委書記，見到老師、師兄師姐主動打招呼等等之類的，也讓我受益匪淺。
總的來説，加入團委，成為團委的一份子，是我不悔的選擇。站在個人的角度，實在一點説，他給了我不斷鍛鍊自我、提升自我、完善自我的機會。站在另一個角度説，它給了我更好地為廣大同學服務的機會，同時也讓我收穫了珍貴的友誼。
最後，藉此機會，感謝我們創業實踐部的師兄師姐，尤其是部長，對我們10級幹事的栽培和教育，以及在多方面對我們的幫助。
能夠站在這裏，並不是代表着我比其他同事更優秀，比起他們，我還有許多向他們學習的地方，還有很多需要他們幫助的地方。但是，既然團組織把這個責任交給我，我就有責任協調各位同事，在其他部門的協助下，團結一心，一路向前。即使可能遇到難以預料的困難，但是我也相信，迎難而上會讓我們更上一層樓。

第五篇：就職演講
各位老師、同學們大家好：
下面請允許我介紹一下我自己，我是來自08級電子與自動化系物流工程的魏蛟龍。很幸運有機會在團委宣傳部這個温馨的大家庭中奉獻耕耘，也更為榮幸老師和領導能夠認可我一年來的成績與能力，讓我接任團委宣傳部副部長這個光榮的職位以繼續貫徹歷任部長以人為本、以團為先的經營理念。在此我向全體團委成員保證：我會在在任期間，承擔起本職責任，完成好本職義務，對集體負責。
春秋更迭，日月交替，轉眼間一年的工作經歷讓我慢慢成長，各方面能力也有不同程度的提高，個人世界觀也得到進一步的昇華。此外，在工作的需要下我結實了許多我校各領域的優秀人才，使我更加拓寬視野，瞭解學習到更多我所未知的事物，不斷完善自我。但對我來説更重要的，是我在工作中結實的朋友，他們讓我明白在為理想奮鬥的征途上我不是孤軍奮戰，我有與我並肩作戰、相互扶持的戰友，這是人生中最珍貴的給予，也是工作上最強勁的動力。
相對的，作為一名學生，應深知“學習”應該永遠擺在第一位，所以為了工作學習兩不誤，我部向來是除非工作太急或太多幹不完，一般工作所限定時間都很充裕，學習優先於工作，這樣保證部員個個全面發展。本學期我部新近成員九名，考慮到團委宣傳部在工作內容改制之後新成員均業務基礎薄弱，我部舉辦了團委宣傳部部門工作培訓，效果良好。部員工作培養我部會將其放到長期貫徹的工作進程上。團委組織也在慢慢發展成長，我們的體制也越來越健全，因此宣傳部也完善了規章制度與考核標準，做到與時俱進，向前發展。
本學期我們的任務很艱鉅，《職業生涯規劃大賽優秀選手資料彙編》、《2014暑期社會實踐優秀學生表彰》、《2014~2014學年度獎學金錶彰手冊》都是我校指導學生思想，展示我校優秀學生風采的重要工作,也是我們本學期的工作重點，我們會以最飽滿的熱情與最認真的創作來為學校建設貢獻出自己的一份力量。
四年對於一個人來説很短，因為時光匆匆轉瞬即逝；四年的時間也很長，因為只要我們學會規劃自己的未來長途。今天我站在這裏，我可以自信的説一句，我相信我會過的很充實，因為團委為我提供了一個很好的操練場，充分鍛鍊了我多方面的能力，是金子總要發光，是千里馬總會馳騁千里，感謝團委宣傳部給了我成為金子，成為千里馬的機會，感謝從入學到現在每一位指導過我的老師和同學，是你們給了我一片新天地，讓我得以發揮自己所長。在這裏我再次感謝母校、感謝曾經培育我的各位老師和幫助我的同學。
老成員隱退，新成員加入，又是一個新的學期，又是一段心的路程。對老夥伴的惜別我們用心詮釋，但是我們並不是離別，我們依然在一起。我們大家不可能永遠一起工作，但我們的友誼不會被歲月的長河湮沒，我們會將之深藏進腦海，使之成為珍藏一生美好的回憶。我們的成績對於不斷髮展前進的院團委來説也許只是歷史長卷上的一筆勾勒，但是我相信我們留下的都是人生中最絢麗的色彩。
