有這樣一個故事：“智慧”、“成功”和“愛”三位天使來到人間。一位母親請他們到家中做客，天使們對那位母親説：“我們只能去一個，你回家商量一下，再做選擇。”母親最後決定把“愛”請回家。奇怪的是，另外兩位也跟着進了屋。母親驚訝的問：“你們兩位怎麼也進來了？”答曰：“哪裏有‘愛’，哪裏便有‘智慧’和‘成功’。“有愛就有一切”，在故事中如此，在生活中更是如此：以“愛滿天下”為座右銘的陶行知；痴心不改圓南夢，蘭畹清風欲何求 的魏書生；用愛譜寫生命讚歌的殷雪梅、孟二冬；以及36年如一日地跪在講台上講課的貴州鄉村殘疾教師陸永康和千百萬無私奉獻，默默耕耘的教育者，他們無一不是用“愛”耕種着希望，品嚐着收穫。
有人説過：疼愛自己的孩子是人，熱愛別人的孩子是神。教師對學生就需要這樣一種神聖的愛，十年走過的風雨歷程，看見身邊的老師像辛勤的農夫，“日出而作，日落而息”，為同一塊土地精心耕作、無私奉獻，青年教師們把青春年華紮根於三尺講台而無怨無悔；中年教師們將家庭擱置一旁而全身心地撲在教學工作上；老教師如老黃牛一般埋頭苦幹而不知疲倦。尤其是周建波老師——一名優秀的老黨員、有着傑出貢獻的老教師，她以“捧着一顆心來，不帶半根草去”的精神，詮釋着 “愛”的真正含義。
33年前，17歲的周建波老師走上了教育工作崗位，30多年來，懷着對教育事業的無限忠誠和一腔熱血，她一直堅守在教育工作的第一線，清貧與奉獻是她的本色，責任與使命是她的原則。在生活上，她默默無聞地奉獻着，對待年輕教師，她像對待自己的孩子一樣鼓勵、鞭策和幫助着。在工作上，她又孜孜不倦地追求着，為了訓練百人鼓號隊，她在做切除聲帶小結的當天就回到校操場；為更好地完成“服裝設計”活動，她幾乎跑遍全城縫紉店找碎布；為做好婦女帶頭工作，她將52 年從未上過台的丈夫拉上了“家庭才藝展”的舞台……
“一部停不下來的機器”，是周老師的真實寫照。她每天在校工作時間長達12至14個小時。常年超負荷工作使她身患多種慢性病，多次膽闌炎發作，晚上病痛而徹夜難眠，但她以頑強的毅(請您繼續關注本站)力坦然面對病痛折磨，在病情稍有緩和的情況下，第二天，仍然帶病堅持工作。有一次，周老師在訓練學生演講時，因過度勞累和腰疼，身體突然失去平衡，重重地摔倒在椅子上，臉色慘白，汗水淋漓，但她仍堅持坐起身，繼續用沙啞的聲音操練學生。周老師就是這樣，累倒了，爬起來；累倒了，再爬起來，卻從來沒有誤過孩子們一天的訓練。
“一切為了學生，為了一切學生，為了學生一切。”周老師如是説，可有誰知道要這個“為了”她的付出有多大，請聽她女兒是怎麼説的：“媽媽，你對我太不公平了，你可以給別的孩子那麼多時間，那麼多愛，為什麼就不能給我一點愛，我是您的親女兒呀！”是的，自己欠親人的確太多，在家庭最需要關照、女兒最需要關愛時，她卻把感情的天平傾向了事業。1982年，周老師在市公安局工作的小弟在一次追捕犯人時光榮犧牲，母親在遭受這個打擊後癱瘓在牀。周老師晚上就到醫院給母親洗尿布、舂米粉，天亮照常上班。直到五年後，母親也面帶微笑躺在她懷裏安詳的離去。送走母親後，她強忍心中的悲傷，又投入緊張的工作中，看着她那佈滿血絲的雙眼和憔悴不堪的樣子，大弟心痛的説：“姐，你這是何苦呢？教好的是別人的孩子，可累壞的是你的身子啊！”她只笑了笑，可誰也沒想到，這句關愛的話語竟成了姐弟間最後的告別。1997年，因積勞成疾，大弟也悄然的離開了人世，此時，年邁的父親再也經不住這個沉重的打擊也癱病在牀，為了不讓老人傷心，她強忍心中的悲痛，再次挑起了照顧老人的重任，白天的她在學校，晚上的她在醫院，不足四個小時的睡眠使她眼中佈滿了血絲，人也疲憊不堪，最後，過度的勞累和沉重的打擊使她終於病倒了，但她仍一邊輸液，一邊工作，一邊照顧老人，看着她那疲憊的身軀，年邁的父親再也忍不住流下了眼淚，説：“建波，你去找醫生給我打一針安樂針，讓我走吧，我走了，你才能輕裝上陣，安心工作，自古忠孝不能兩全，爸爸不會怪你的”。那天他們父女在醫院抱頭痛哭，可第二天一早，她擦乾眼淚後把父親交給保姆照看，自己又全心地投入到了工作中。
就這樣三十多年來，周建波老師以校為家，公而忘私，任勞任怨，一心撲在工作上，恪盡職守，甘於奉獻，在全校幹部、職工中具有較高的威信，曾多受到學校及上級各類表彰。先後榮獲全省十佳少先隊輔導員、省終身輔導員、國家級園丁獎、省科技創新領頭人、西雙版納州“十大傑出青年”、全州優秀共產黨員、優秀黨務工作者等榮譽稱號。“笑對人生，科學工作”是周建波老師的人生哲學，是她，用一件一件的小事，去履行一名教師的職責；是她，用一點一滴的愛成就了許多孩子的精彩未來。是她，用教師靈魂的魅力，譜寫了一曲曲動聽的“愛”之歌！

good morning teachers, i am very glad to stand here to give you my short speech. today, i'd like to talk something about our nature. so my topic is “caring for nature”.
somebody has a question, what is nature?i think , nature is everything existing in the world, such as plants, animals, earths, rocks, the water and the weather.
human being depends on the nature. the nature is the mother of mankind. no nature, no life. with the help of the nature, we live a happy life for a long time. when we realize the use of nature, we begin to gain everything from it, we breathe the air, we drink the water. however ,human like a greedy child ,just ask ,no return today ,the water has become dirty, the air has been polluted, forests have been cut over, the number of kinds of animals and plants has become smaller and smaller.
