本院已受理 訴你方 （案由）糾紛一案，現發送起應訴狀副本一

份，並將有關事項通知如下：

一、當事人在訴訟

過程中，有權行使《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第五十條、第五十一條、第五十二條等規

定的訴訟權利，同時必須遵守訴訟秩序，履行訴訟義務。

二、你方應當在收

到起訴狀之日起十五日（涉外案件為三十日）內向本院提交答辯狀一式x份。

三、法官或者其他

組織參加訴訟的，應當提交法人或者其他組織資格證明以及法定代表人身份證明或者負責人

身份證明書。自然人蔘加訴訟的，應當提交身份證明。

四、需要委託代理

人代為訴訟的，應當提交由委託人簽名或者蓋章的授權委託書，授權委託書應當依照《中華

人民共和國民事訴訟法》第五十九條的規定載明委託事項和權限。
