參賽保證書

本次參賽選手必須是13週歲至26週歲的男女。如報名選手使用虛假、欺詐手段報名，產生之相關法律後果由選手及其監護人在法律規定範圍內承擔。

參賽者理解其一旦報名參賽，無論其能夠進行到賽事的任何階段，都意味着其已完成賽事報名手續，即表示其完全理解賽事之一切規則並同意作出本保證書項下之承諾。本人仔細閲讀並理解本保證書之內容，並同意作出保證如下：

一、本人自願參加賽事，願意嚴格遵守賽事組委會關於賽事之全部現行或日後不時調整之比賽規程，並同意自行承擔因違反任何賽事規程所導致之全部責任。

二、本人理解並同意賽事組委會及/或由賽事組委會共同選定之賽事組委會有權隨時：

（1）要求本人出示身份證明文件。

（2）在本人違反任何賽事規則或在本保證書項下之承諾時，取消本人之參賽資格。

（3）因節目播出原因修改面試以及各階段晉級賽方案。

（4）因節目播出原因修改面試以及各階段晉級賽日期。

三、本人同意，報名及在賽事過程中填寫的任何資料及呈交之相關資料與文件由賽事組委會保留，並同意無論賽事進行中或終止後，無論本人蔘加賽事或因任何原因中途退出賽事，均無權索回該等資料，並有無償使用上述資料的權利，包括但不限於將該等資料用於任何與賽事或《超級男女》活動相關之宣傳及推廣，如：

（1）全世界範圍內與賽事有關的宣傳、推廣及申請贊助的活動。

（2）全世界範圍內製作與賽事有關之電視、音像等相關作品。

（3）全世界範圍內播放、推廣、發行與賽事有關之電視節目。

（4）全世界範圍內以廣播、網絡、無線方式及/或現在或未來可能產生之一切傳播途徑推廣、發行與賽事有關之一切內容。

四、本人同意賽事組委會有權向新聞界、其他傳媒、廣告商、比賽評判團及公眾人士公佈本人所提供的個人資料。

五、本人保證所提供之個人資料真實、準確；本人同意若賽事組委會發現本人提供之個人資料有任何不正確及不真實嫌疑時，賽事組委會有權要求本人作出修正，並有權要求其對新聞界、其他傳媒、廣告商、比賽評判團及公眾人士作出解釋説明，賽事組委會保留對本人實施任何制裁包括但不限於取消參賽資格的權利。

六、本人同意並保證自簽署本保證書之日起至賽事結束期間嚴格按賽事組委會的要求執行活動時間表，參加本次賽事所有推廣、拉票及相關係列活動，並完全服從賽事組委會的所有安排。本人同意並保證在賽事舉辦期間嚴格聽從並配合賽事組委會的一切指示及安排，且不得有任何違規或不法行為，如因不聽從賽事組委會的指示而致發生意外或導致任何損失，或有任何違規或不法行為，概由本人承擔一切後果，並願意賠償因此給賽事組委會所造成的全部損失。

七、本人同意並保證自簽署本保證書之日起至本人蔘賽結束期間，未經組委會事先書面同意，不得以《超級男女》參賽選手、獲獎者或任何與《超級男女》相關的名義參與或出席任何商業和推廣活動，包括但不限於演藝活動、影視拍攝、唱片製作、廣告拍攝等。

八、本人同意並保證全力維護 《超級男女》形象，無論在任何時間、地點均不從事任何損壞前述品牌之行為。

九、本人同意賽事組委會有權錄製播出或直播賽事面試、晉級賽、決賽階段的實況。

十、本人同意並保證無論賽事進行中或終止後，無論本人蔘加賽事或因任何原因中途退

出賽事，本人在參加賽事期間或參與與之相關的活動期間的所有表演著作（包括但不僅限於主持、戲劇、歌唱、舞蹈等表演及以下簡稱“表演著作”），均以主辦方以及承辦方或其指定的機構為著作權人，其享有完整的著作權；並同意主辦方以及承辦方可自行或授權他人使用表演著作，以任何形(請繼續 關注本站：)式（包括但不限於公開播放、上映、傳輸、複製、改編、編輯、出版發行、網絡下載等現有或未來科技可能發明之一切手段）開發影音、娛樂、文化出版、網絡等產品；本人亦同意在賽事進行期間及賽事結束後任何時間，為宣傳推廣賽事或行使上述表演著作權時，主辦方以及承辦方可以無償使用本人肖像或其他形象（如動漫形象）、姓名、藝名、暱稱等，均無需向本人支付任何費用及補償，且本人承諾不就此向主辦方以及承辦方主張任何權利。本人進一步承諾，對於在賽事中本人所表演的作品由本人享有著作權之作品，本人同意授權主辦方以及承辦方對該作品進行獨家開發，包括但不限於發行、複製、信息網絡傳播等。

十一、本人保證在簽署本保證書時，本人並未委託任何個人或公司擔任本人在文化、娛樂、演藝等相關領域之經紀人；本人並承諾自簽署本保證書之日起至賽事結束期間，本人亦不會與任何個人或公司在上述領域建立委託經紀關係。

十二、本人保證簽署本保證書及履行本人在本保證書項下所作之承諾將不會造成違反或構成不履行以本人為一方的或對本人有約束力的任何合同；或違反任何相關法律或法規、或任何政府機構的任何命令、判決或法令。本人保證自簽署本保證書之日起，本人將不會與任何個人、公司或機構簽署與本保證書相沖突之文件或協議。

十三、本人保證在賽事進行中，無論本人因任何原因中途退出賽事，本人均按照賽事組委會之要求公佈退出原因。

十四、本人同意若有違反本保證書項下任何承諾，本人願意承擔因此所產生之全部法律責任，包括但不限於賠償賽事組委會之全部損失（包括直接損失和間接損失），且賽事組委會有權取消本人《超級男女》稱號及參賽資格。

十五、若本保證書中的某一條款或某一條款中的部分表述無效，仍不影響其他條款或其他描述的法律效力。
