如何寫信
書信在日常生活中的運用是非常廣泛的，它涉及的內容可以包容我們生活的全部。人們之間傳遞信息，交流思想，互通情況，都離不開它，書信有一般書信和專用書信之分。
一般書信，是按照習慣的格式把説的話寫下來寄給對方的一種應用文體。它由稱呼、向候、正文、敬祝語、署名和日期等部分組成。
稱呼:把收信人的稱呼寫在第一行，頂格，以表示薄敬和禮貌。平時寫信人對收信人如何稱呼，信上如何稱呼，稱呼要注意禮貌，稱呼後要加冒號。
問候:稱呼下再接着寫問候語。間候語要有針對性。對老年人一般問候健康狀況，對同學問候學習，遇到節日就致以節日間候，而不僅只使用“你好”兩字。正文:這是主要部分。一般在問候語的下一行空兩格開始寫。
敬祝語:敬祝語是正文寫完之後表示致敬、祝賀、祝願的話，用來結束全文。敬祝語一般分為兩截寫，前截表示信到此結束，多用“順祝”、“順頌”等，習慣寫在信正文的下一行空格的地方，緊接着信的正文不另起一行也可以，後面均不用標點，後截一定要寫在前截下一行的頂格處。
署名:敬祝語以後，就另換一行，在後半行寫上寫信人的姓名。在署名的下面寫上寫信的日期。
寫一般的書信還應該注意:
一要清楚明白。寫信時，不論它的目的是什麼，都必須把話寫得清楚明白。因為收信人不在你的身邊，如果沒把內容寫清楚，收信人就不能立即詢問，往往會引起誤解。因此，在寫信時必須考慮好先寫什麼，後寫什麼，把敍述的內容排得清清楚楚，信寫完了，再從收信人的角度，把信看一看，看看意思是否説清楚了。
二是感情真摯。寫信就是和收信人交談，收信人不在面前，而是通過書面語言把要説的話寫出來，平時説話要有情感，寫信同樣如此，師生之間、同學之間、朋友之間??寫信時都要表示一番真情;語言的表達應該情真意切。
三是語言得體。寫信時要注意寫信人和收信人的關係。給長輩或平輩寫信，給熟悉的摯友寫信，關係不同，語氣也要有所不同，有的可以直率些，有的可以委婉些。
一般書信的寫法，主要包括五個部分：
1、 開頭
在信紙的第一行頂格寫上稱呼，稱呼後用冒號“：”。這是寫信人對收信人的稱謂，表達寫信人與收信人之間的關係。我國民族眾多，家庭成員及親屬之間的稱呼，往往不大一樣，但基本相同。
常用的稱呼分別有：
⑴父母，稱父親（爸爸、爹）、母親（媽媽、娘）。聯在一起稱父母親或者雙親。自稱兒子或女兒。
⑵父親的父親稱祖父（爺爺），父親的母親稱祖母（奶奶）。自己稱孫子、孫女；母親的父親稱外祖父（外公、姥爺），母親的母親稱外祖母（外婆、姥姥）。自稱外孫、外孫女。⑶父親的哥哥稱伯父（伯伯、大爺），伯父的妻子稱伯母（大娘、大媽）；父親的弟弟稱叔父（叔叔），叔父的妻子稱嬸母（嬸嬸、嬸孃）；父親的姐妹稱姑母（未出嫁的稱姑姑），姑母的丈夫稱姑父。自稱侄男或侄女。 ⑷伯（叔）父的兒子稱堂兄、堂弟；伯（叔）父的女兒稱堂姐、堂妹。
⑸母親的兄弟稱舅父（孃舅、舅舅），舅父的妻子稱舅母（舅媽）；母親的姐妹稱姨母（姨媽、姨），姨母的丈夫稱姨父（姨丈）。自稱外甥、外甥女。
⑹舅父、姨母、姑母的兒子、女兒稱表兄、表弟或表姐、表妹。自稱表弟、表兄或表妹、表姐。
⑺哥哥的妻子稱嫂嫂，自稱弟。
⑻弟弟的妻子稱弟媳（弟妹），自稱兄。
⑼姐姐的丈夫稱姐夫，自稱內弟；妹妹的丈夫稱妹夫（妹婿），自稱內兄。
⑽妻子的父母稱岳父、岳母，自稱女婿。
⑾妻子的姐妹稱姨姐、姨妹，自稱妹夫、姐夫；妻子的姐（妹）夫稱襟兄、襟弟，
自稱襟弟、襟兄。
⑿丈夫的父母稱公公（爸爸、公爹）、婆婆（媽媽、公婆），自稱兒媳。 在稱呼
前面加上一些適當的形容詞，可以進一步表達寫信人對收信人的感情，也會使收
信人覺得親切、愉快。如：敬愛的祖父、祖母。親愛的爸爸、媽媽。
2、正文
在稱呼下一行空兩格寫正文，寫信的主要內容，或告訴對方情況，或交
流思想感情，或詢問、提出某些問題，要把事情一件件清清楚楚寫明白。
3、結尾
正文寫完後，要按收信人和自己的關係，寫上一些表示敬意或祝願的問
候語作為信的結尾。如“此致”、“敬禮”等，在正文下一行，前面空兩格寫起。
⑴對長輩，可用“敬祝健康”、“恭請金安”、“福安”、“長壽”等。
⑵對平輩，可用“祝你愉快”、“工作順利”、“祝你進步”、“春安”等。
⑶對晚輩，可用“祝你學習進步”、“順問近好”、“望多保重”
４、落款。寫上自己的稱呼和姓名。
５、註明日期。
在落款下面寫上年月日。目的是讓對方知道寫信的時間，也可同時寫上地點。如
“2014年6月20日於瀋陽”。
６、補充內容。
如果信寫完後，忽然想起還有什麼事情需要補充，可在信的後面寫上“又”、“另”、
“附言”等字樣，然後把要補充的話寫上即可。
