good es and gentlemen, it's my honor to be here today to give you this speech. my name is susan.i’d like to talk about job satisfaction. now, please look at the powerpoint.i have dividied my talk into three parts:firstly,the importance of job satisfaction; secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.

now, let’s start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.

a job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social ral key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.

let’s turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. areasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job many people’s minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the her important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee’seducation,skils and lly,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion..

let’s leave that there, now, let’s come to the last part: how to achieve job satisfaction. for an individual employee,finding the right job and trying to stay positive minght be the first step towards achieving job fulfillment

and satisfaction.

i’ll briefly summarize the main parts. let me just run over the key points again. firstly,the importance of job satisfaction;secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.

in conclusion, job satisfaction plays an important role in the company and is the key index to influence the company we should try our best to achieve it.

sentiment among japanese businesses worsened in the three months to december, the bank of japan's tankan survey has indicated, underlining the weakness in the country's economy.

the survey's large manufacturers' index deteriorated to minus 12, from minus three in the previous quarter.

japanese manufacturers have been hurt by slowing export demand, a strong yen and subdued domestic consumption.

the index plays a role in driving the central bank's monetary policy.

"we can see sentiment is worsening across the board, whether in manufacturing or services," said hiroshi miyazaki, chief economist at shinkin asset management in tokyo.

"there are not any signs that sentiment will recover quickly," he added.

stimulus boost?

the index, which measures sentiment among large manufacturers, has remained negative for five successive quarters.

the latest number comes after revised growth figures earlier this week suggested the world's third-largest economy was in recession.

japan said its economy shrank by 0.9% between july and september.

at the same time, the april to june quarter was revised from 0.1% growth to show a contraction of 0.03%, making it two successive quarters of contraction, or a technical recession.

a shrinking economy, slowing demand for exports and sluggish domestic consumption have all contributed to calls for policymakers to implement new measures to help revive growth.

japan has unveiled some initiatives, including a stimulus boost worth 880bn yen ($10.7bn; £6.7bn), announced last month, to create employment and support small businesses.

however, there have been calls for the central bank to ease its policies further. analysts said given the sharp decline in sentiment, the bank may announce some measures soon.

"if the bank of japan was leaning toward easing policy, this tankan survey will give them a nudge in that direction," said mr miyazaki.

周:to be frank, we haven’t got enough research yet. we should see all this a bit further.

廖:we may have a negotiation with the cients and show them our sample. 周:that sounds good. it seems to be the first solution to the problem.

1 introduction

good morning, ladies and gentleman,first of all,i’ll introduce our team members to you. kevin,nigel and i-sam. what we’re going to talk about is

china t we’ve divided our presentation into four parts. let’s look at the p’re brief introduction、time line、products and summary. now i’ll speak to the first part--- brief introduction of chinakfc.

2 the body of your presentation

kfc, also known as kentucky fried chicken, is a chain of fast food restaurants based in louisville, kentucky. it belongs to yum(百勝餐飲集團) company was founded as kentucky fried chicken by colonel harland sanders in 1952。in 1987, it opened its first store in qianmen beijing, the capital of china. in 2014, it has over 1800 restaurants in 400 cities in all mainland china's provinces other than 2014 to 2014, it was selected as the "best chain store brand." nowadays it has over over 3200 restaurants in 500 cities in all mainland china's provinces other than tibet. ok, now, i’d like to hand over to kevin he’s going to tell you about the time line .

1952 sanders begins actively franchising his chicken business by traveling from town to town and cooking batches of chicken for restaurant owners and employees. the first to take him up on the offer was pete harman in south salt ther, they opened the first “kentucky fried chicken” outlet ’s hard work on the road begins to pay off and there are 400 franchise in the us and aurants worldwide with sales of more than $2 billion. after being stricken with leukemia. flags on all kentucky state buildings fly at half-staff for four ased its new logo which is colored. and pizza hut - into tricon global restaurants(yum! brands).1

than i’d like to hand over to nigel he’s going to tell you about the products.

ok! now let me introduce the products of kfc .i have n,o doubt that everyone here has every gone to kfc to take meals. but how many kinds of products you can illustrate. well, as far as our chinese market ,there are more then 100 kinds of products and as time goes on, new products come out constantly it's very hard to estimate how many kinds on earth. the products of kfc fall into fivemajor categories: staple foods, side dishes, sweetmeats, beverages and some example, the staple foods contain mini burger, extra_tasty crispy burger, mexican twister and so sweetmeats consist of egg tart,ice cream cone, sundae so on and so forth. beverages cover milo, lemon tea, pepsi cola and hot milk. the core of the kfc's products is fried chicken. however,all of the products are well received in the chinese market because of its good taste. with the competition of other companies such as mcdonald's,kfc brings out different kinds of products to cater different kinds of customers. for instance, family big box is for a family, students set is for children or students and nutritious breakfast is for workers have no time to cook. with all of the popular products ,the kfc occupies the chinese fast food market all the time.

3 conclusion

maybe, some people will ask why kfc can win the customers' high praise and gain more of the chinese market in fierce commercial competition. as far as i think, the china kfc's success lays on its localization strategy and innovation which our chinese fast food companies need to learn.

well, we primarily sells chicken pieces, wraps, salads and sandwiches. while its primary focus is fried chicken, we also offers a line of grilled and roasted chicken products, side dishes and desserts.

(4) i’d like some information about your company’s turnover(營業額) last year.

our company’sturnoverlast year isabout 2 billion $.

(5) what’s your market share(市場份額)?

our products occupyabout 36% market share in chinese fast foodmarket area.

(6) what do you think of chinese xx market?

that’s a goodquestion ,ithinkchinese market is a very wide and prospect.

(7) could you tell me your recent development in chinesexx market?

our development in chinese market is rather good. recently we have launched(推出) a few to

new productsandthey are as well as popular.

(8) facing fierce competition, what measures has your company taken?
