今天能坐在這裏和大家一起交流分享感到非常的榮幸，今天我主要想結合當前的課改和大家一起交流本人在四年級英語教學方面的一些做法和心得。在座的各位都是有着豐富教學經驗的同仁，有不妥之處還望老師們批評指正。下面，我就從以下幾個方面先説説我的英語教學。
一、瞭解學情，認真制定導學案
根據四年級孩子的學情表明：他們已學了一年英語了，但隨着教材難度的不斷增加，很多同學的興趣就已經不如以前了。我們學校四年級共有6個平行班，而我教了三個班：一班、二班和三班。這幾個班都有其不同的特點，一班的孩子不大愛舉手，積極性不高；二班的孩子積極性不錯，但差生比較多；三班總體不錯，但男生多，易講話。
對此，我根據他們顯現的不同特點以及重大版四年級英語教材編寫特點，認真備好導學案。例如，針對四年級孩子的情況，我在每節課的前5分鐘，我都會設計不同形式的單詞複習：一班我會採取“What’smissing”的遊戲形式；二班我會採用“Passingtheball”的遊戲；三班我會集體唱歌的方式等進行復習。針對一班不愛舉手的情況，我在課堂上就儘量鼓勵他們上講台當小老師教讀、小組合作大膽上台表演等，並予以獎勵，增強他們的自信心。針對二班差生多的情況，我就經常變化教學方式，多製作卡片，頭飾等吸引孩子們的眼球，增強他們記憶力，提高學習效率等。
二、創新方法，實現“自主、合作、探究”
這學期一開初，就對我們作了新課改的培訓，讓我們在課堂上力求做到“自主、合作、探究”，針對這樣的情況，就要求在小組活動上創新方法，我主要採取了以下幾點方法：
1.建立科學的合作學習小組
合作學習小組的構成對合作學習的成敗起到至關重要的作用，結構合理的分組是合作學習取得成功的前提。首先合作小組的人數要合理，應以4―6人為宜，人數太多不利於學生間的交流和個人才能的充分展示，人數太少也不利於學生間的互助和交流。其次，我還遵循了以下原則：
1）依學生特質分組。學生特質大致上可分為學習成績、能力傾向、性格、愛好、年齡、性別等。教師可採用“組內異質，組間同質”的原則，使組內成
員之間存在一定的互補性，使各小組的總體水平基本一致，每個小組成為全班的縮影和截面。這樣，既能增加小組合作成員的多樣性，又能有利於全班各小組間開展公平的小組競賽。
2）分組合理搭配優等生和學困生，如果是4人合作小組，一般以一個優等生，一個學困生和兩個中等生為主要構成原則。這樣，一個小組中學生的語言能力有強弱，學習成績有高低，學習方法有異同，學習交流時可以做到相互影響，取長補短，從而增強學生的合作精神。而且這樣的編排也有利於結對幫困活動的開展，減輕老師的負擔。
3）教師要注意觀察，瞭解學生。有些學生可能不喜歡與被分的同一組的某個同學合作，這樣的話，教師要及時調整，否則會影響到整個合作學習小組的良性發揮。
4）教師要動態化變更小組成員，活潑合作學習的氣氛。一般以5―6周調換一次或每學期換1―2次為理想。這不僅使學生有新鮮感，提高合作學習的興趣，而且可以改變學生在小組中長期形成的地位。即有的始終處於控制地位,在小組中承擔重要工作,而有的學生始終處於從屬地位。給每位學生提供發展的機會。
2.製作形象圖片。國小低年級的學生直觀形象思維占主導地位，他們對形象、生動，色彩鮮豔的圖片非常感興趣。對此，我就製作大量的教學卡片來讓小組進行自主合作比拼學習。比如，在小組合作中，教師剛剛教了新授的幾個動物單詞，然後教師就把製作的教學卡片分發給學生，讓小組長當小老師，並讓他們抽同學讀。這樣，一是培養了孩子們的團結合作意識，另一方面，真正把課堂還給了學生。
3.充分利用媒體資源。在國小英語教學小組合作中，同樣要利用生動、形象的電化教學手段進行聽、説訓練，使學生產生新奇感，使學生在小組合作學習中能夠集中注意力。如：在新授zoo,giraffe,tiger,panda等單詞時把這些動物單詞製成多媒體課件。當屏幕上出現了形象逼真的動畫時，學生的注意力馬上集中到了屏幕上。這時，小組就趁機學習Whatarethese?Theyare...反覆幾次，學生不僅掌握了單詞拼讀，理解了詞義，還掌握了句型,取得了良好的教學效果。
4.適時合理的評價。對於四年級的孩子來説，小組合作中對孩子們的表揚顯得至關重要，在教學時，我就採用了單詞小卡片的形式作為獎勵，當課上表現很好的組時，我就讓他們貼sticker到自己的那一組，然後鼓勵他們如果是最佳的那組時，就給他們那組蓋印章。孩子們都很感興趣，在課堂上你爭我拼，充分把教學氣氛搞起來了。
5.約定俗成的口令。多數的老師希望自己在課堂教學時不必去管理學生，讓他們自己專心聽講，可老師們會時常發現，在課堂是要耗費許多時間來維持課堂秩序和紀律。所以，建立良好的課堂常規對於小組合作來講非常重要，於是，我便制定一套貫穿整個課堂而且能朗朗上口的口令、拍手、動作歌曲或韻律詩等吸引學生注意的信號，例如，我説：“Onetwothree”，孩子們就會回答：“Seatwell”並坐好；而我説：“Seatwell”，他們就會坐好並拍手回答：“Onetwothree”等等。再有就是課堂的表揚口令“Good，good，youaregood！”“Great，great，youaregreat！”
6.創設情境，挖掘學生自身潛力。在小組合作中，儘量多給學生創設情境，讓他們結合情境，進行拓展和探究，讓知識得以延伸。
三、開展豐富多彩的課外活動，營造英語學習氛圍
根據四年級學生的基本情況，僅僅依靠課上的40分鐘，是遠遠不夠的。因此，開展各種形式的課外活動是必不可少的。
1.要與學生約定一般情況下，在課下見到老師（尤其是我），要使用英語來問候，進而培養他們運用英語交流的習慣。剛開始孩子們有些膽怯，可是有一兩個孩子説了之後，又得到了老師的表揚，其他同學也慢慢的用英語和老師打招呼。
2.重大版四年級英語教材的特點是把新知與兒歌、歌曲形式呈現，而且這些歌曲很簡單，孩子們很容易朗朗上口。因此，我要求孩子們每天晚上回家給自己的父母唱一首英語兒歌或者歌曲，用英語説一句話也可以。孩子們表現欲很強，不僅希望得到老師的表揚，也希望在父母面前展示自己。
以上只是本人在這一年在教學方面的一些做法和心得，但“靈氣教育”來講，它所覆蓋和包含的內容更多，它不再只是讓學生讀死書，只注重學生的成績，它現在所追求的就是要讓學生從德、智、體、美、勞等方面全面發展。因此，我們的課堂不再是“填鴨”，也不再是“滿堂灌”，而是我們在新課改形式下所倡導的'“自主、合作、探究”。我想，在今後的教學路上，我一定要更加努力學習，爭取讓我們的學生有更大的發展！謝謝！

（一）課程總目標
基礎教育階段英語課程的總體目標是培養學生的綜合語言運用能力。綜合語言運用能力的形成建立在學生語言技能、語言知識、情感態度、學習策略和文化意識等素養整體發展的基礎上。語言知識和語言技能是綜合語言運用能力的基礎，文化意識是得體運用語言的保證。情感態度是影響學生學習和發展的重要因素，學習策略是提高學習效率、發展自主學習能力的保證。這五個方面共同促進綜合語言運用能力的形成。

my views on receiving education
in my early years, i did not see the value of education.
when i was going on thirteen, i started to run my own shop. from then on, i worked hard to become a successful businessman.
one day i realized the importance of the english language in the business world and started taking night classes.
i was able to communicate well with foreign customers after two years of english study. but i started to feel that, in the long run, having a limited knowledge of english was not enough to make my business successful. i knew that only a well- rounded education could guarantee my success in the future.
when i was eighteen, i had to make a decision to continue doing business or go back to school. there was one obstacle keeping me from getting an advanced education. i had only completed elementary school up to that point. i then went back to senior high school after four months of tutoring in different subjects. being at school for the first time after so many years was somewhat embarrassing because my classmates were at least two or three years younger than i. i concluded that my age did not matter. the important thing was getting into college.
i took the college entrance exams. although my math exam result was only one point below the required score. i never gave up hope. the following year, i took it again and received the highest score in my city. achieving such an amazing result gave me encouragement and courage necessary to continue my education to the next step.
i am now in my second year of college and know that it is never too late to learn. my passion for studying and improving myself will never come to a halt as long as i continue to live.
“live and learn.” is the motto i have adopted. i believe with an education i will succeed. so, if you are wondering whether education is important, don’t hesitate a moment to step up and seize the opportunity.

18歲的時候，我必須在繼續從商和重新回學校學習之間做出選擇。當時我僅有的國小學歷成為我接受高等教育的一大障礙。經過4個月各門功課的惡補，我又回到了高中。多年後再次回到學校，讓我有些尷尬。因為我的同班同學至少比我小2至3歲。然而在我看來，年齡不是問題，重要的是能上大學。
我參加了大學聯考。雖然我的數學只比分數線低了一分。但我沒有放棄。第二年，我又參加了大學聯考並取得了當地的第一名。得到這樣一個令人欣喜的結果，給了我進一步深造的動力和膽量。
