1. Eliminate Internal Negative Chatter

The first step is one of awareness. It will be hard to make a change to positive thinking without being acutely intimate with the thoughts that run through your mind. Recently, I was amazed to discover deep buried emotions from negative thoughts that I had for fewer than 10 minutes. Without awareness, I would have carried the hurt and anger inside. Awareness helped me to bring them out to the open for me to deal with.

Undoubtedly it will not be easy to make a switch if you have a long history or negative self talk. Your talk became negative over the years due to various factors. For instance, if your first grade teacher repeatedly told you that you were “stupid”, you might believe it to be truly the case. You would find that your inner chatter would often be filled with talk of “I am so slow” and “it is so hard to learn”. If you constantly tell yourself such negative stories, your actions are going to reflect your low self esteem. It will be difficult to get very far if you are always putting yourself down.

A common negative talk involves telling yourself “I can’t”. When you say to yourself “I can’t” or “it is too difficult”, you are creating a resistance. Having such a mental block will prevent you from achieving a task you could otherwise succeed at.

Anytime you catch yourself saying “I can’t…”, turn around and challenge your own claim with, “Why can’t I?” Research shows that most geniuses became the people they are also because of the hard work they put in. So if you would like to be successful, you need to start saying “I can” a lot more.

A great method that I have also found useful is to say “Cancel Cancel” each time I find myself saying something negative, whether in the mind or verbally. The method works if you sincerely have the intent of becoming a positive thinker.

2. positive Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements of a desired outcome or goal. They are usually short, believable and focused. By repeating them over and over again, you build inroads into your subconscious mind, opening up the possibility of a new state of thoughts.

An important step when repeating affirmations is that you need to read your affirmations aloud with feeling. The mere reading of the words bears no consequence unless you put some emotions behind them. Of significant fact is that your subconscious mind takes any orders given in complete faith and after repeated self talk. So the daily practice of repeating affirmations is important.

Initially you may be skepticism toward the statement of your positive affirmation. However, if you follow this simple set of instructions your skepticism will soon give way to a new set of beliefs and then crystallized into absolute faith.

3. positive Scripts

One thing that you may observe is on how easy it is for your mind to build negative thought upon negative thought. The chatter not only does not stop but it spins a drama that traps and limits you.

From now on, regularly do this exercise instead. Spin an uplifting story that runs like a movie script. Some visualization will be helpful. You build on a story with a positive outline. The longer you can tell this story to yourself the better. It is also best if you can make this story one about having all your goals achieved. When you do this, you start to internalize your goals and dreams, as if they are something that you have already achieved.

4. Replace Negative Influences with positive Ones

It is important that you identify external negative factors in your life which may be holding your thoughts hostage. For instance, your mental state can become toxic by being around friends who are negative. If you are not vigilant enough, you will start to adopt their thoughts as your own. Hence, be alert to what your negative influences are. If they come from certain friends, limit your exposure to them as much as you can. Refrain from discussing your plans with people who will be unsupportive of your dreams and goals.

Instead surround yourself with thoughts and actions from people who will empower you.

From being uninspired and de-motivated, you will begin to feel uplifted and driven to greater self growth. The positive energy that they vibrate will start affecting the self talk that you engage in as well.

5. Present Tense Messages

You may find yourself daunted by the many things you need to do in order to reach your goals. It just seems overwhelming to become the success that you secretly desire for. Your mind gets caught up in an endless stream of worry.

What may be helpful is to concentrate on steps you can take in the present. If you find yourself becoming stuck, stop and say, “What can I do right now?” Change your internal talk from a future anxiety ridden one to one that is about the more manageable present. You cannot control what will happen in the future but you can take the necessary steps now that will build a better tomorrow. Taking the necessary steps require you to focus your thoughts and inner talk on Now.

6. Confront Fears

Fear is often what holds you back from your success. You are scared of taking chances because you fear losing the security that you enjoy now. You try to convince yourself that you are happy in your current state when in fact, you are not. Your self talk may sound positive in your attempt to lie to yourself. But somehow, there is an inner knowing that you are short changing yourself.

Ask yourself what you are afraid of. What can be the worst that can happen? Take a step-by-step approach in breaking down your fears and see if there is any way round to looking at things more positively. When you confront your fears, you will often realize that the worst case scenario is not as bad as you think. In fact, the benefits of change are worth the risk. Your inner talk begins to change at this point.

Your loneliness is glorious without defeat

In the long time, you are just a humble dust, will pass away. They said, “you can't extend the length of your life, but you can extend your life, live it out, and make a dance of dust.”. Liu Tong said, “your loneliness is glorious.”. So how about you? Are you alone? Did you fail on the way? Do you feel honored?

About emotion. Have we not the seven emotions and six sensory pleasures, exception. No matter who, as long as a person is really good to you, for a long time, even the iceberg will melt. If you can't love a person well, you should at least learn to love yourself, so it's a kind of love to infect others. Few people will be selfless to another person, even if it is a parent teacher, it is because you are a piece of meat they are falling, the child is responsible. When you meet a person to you, must treasure, because he did not have this responsibility, he is not enough to support, he is you should remember in mind, always thanks to the people. In recent years, it seems that there is a trend that can not be changed. If it is not for the people I like, I will not go with it. Each man has his own view of what he will do and what he cannot do, and each person's opinions are taken into account in the light of his own reality, and everyone is not wrong. But life is only a few decades, and I have not lived to enjoy myself, how can you for the sake of a good time without taking into account the future of the bad, and now will do? Dust can also follow their favorite track rafting, rather than seek temporary stability, and give up the road after the scenery met. Of course, if you are happy, you are like that would be a different matter. Who is so accurate as to gain or lose? Who knows what each choice might happen?. Follow your heart and make the best choice that you think is the best in the light of reality. In order to meet you, I choose to leave myself. And the “left for the king” in the film version, Ruxi Sheng actor Hsu Chi played very well, eventually until the love of people. Of course, in reality you may not have such an enlightened parent in the movie, nor do you have someone who loves you, nor does Hsu Chi. No matter what the future, who knows? Maybe not!

A person's life will experience a lot of things need to be reborn, Phoenix Nirvana, man has to go through to the more mature and strong, which has become the most precious wealth of the future. You are not alone, everyone is like this, and why are you afraid that the future will not be wonderful enough? The present moment is the best time. The key is how you treat it.

I think: everyone in the hard work, the loneliness of the day, even if failed, in retrospect, are worthy of glory. Your loneliness is glorious without de.

Can not go back, have become a story

Speaking of once, those memories of countless times in the twinkling of an eye in a flash in my mind. Can not go back has become a story, I am the protagonist of these stories, but also the story of the people.

Although now I can calmly tell once the pain to others, as a spectator, I objectively commented on what to do, what is wrong, what to do, but may only have to accompany me through once people can appreciate those who cannot express in words of joy and sorrow.

Once, I felt I was an unfortunate person. Otherwise, how could I have met so many unhappy things? Every time I got a little lucky, I was mercilessly taken away before I had enough time to rejoice. Perhaps this is my destiny, destined to go together with misfortune all my life, and happiness and insulation.

However, the rain will stop, the clouds will disperse, those unfortunate frustrations also fade with time, like a flower in my head is always wandering, from time to time under the rain clouds finally left. In the face of the sky and the sun, I am not happy, my heart will often feel a thunderstorm the next second.

Facts have proved that, sometimes sunny, wind and rain will still be coming. Life will not always be clear, but I no longer feel it is a misfortune. Although I have not yet been able to face the trials of life positively, I have been able to calmly cope with the changing life of the weather.

Perhaps this is a gift for me - growing up, let me in the baptism of the wind and rain gradually mature, not for the life of blame, not for small success pride, try to maintain a calm mood. After all, complaining doesn't make life easy, and pride doesn't make it a success. It seems to be the best attitude without sorrow or joy.

Cannot go back once a story, although I was the hero of the story, but now is not a story, the story of the sad all a band that seems to be a common story, completely describe the complex mood of years of ups and downs of the plot and the time.

Destiny has not made me an unhappy man, but made me a man of stories. All the vicissitudes of life will become every chapter of the story, and when everything is calm down, then tell others a story with years of fragrance.

Silence is fleeting, flowering, open heart, crossing the world of mortals

Fleeting fleeting, red dust ruthless. When silence over the fleeting flowering, if not open up crossing the red dust, whether you have enough courage to face the world on your fickle, brave to pursue your dreams and happiness, to brilliant life?

Age is like a curse, and as time goes on, the spell grows stronger. Maybe you were young, can Meixinmeifei smile all day, sleep second day is a new day. But when you grow up, you need to learn more and take on more responsibilities. At the same time, you will experience more trouble.

When you were young, you wanted to grow up. But when you grow up, you want to go back to a carefree childhood. Because there is no heavy schoolwork in childhood, and no complicated interpersonal relationship, there is no worry. But the curse of age forces you to grow and push you toward a world that is quite different from what you used to be. You suddenly realize that this is the real world.

Difficulties, setbacks, troubles...... These things make you too busy to attend to all, also makes you want to escape. Perhaps you will choose to shut your heart and face these uncomfortable things negatively. But in the end, you will find that when you avoid the pain, you also drive away happiness and miss happiness.

Ask yourself, “would you like to stay away from happiness for the rest of your life?” Listen to your heart, open your heart, and accept the pain as well as the happiness. Although the world is not perfect, it always hurts you, but you also have the right and opportunity to find happiness and pursue happiness.

Silence is fleeting, flowering, open heart, crossing the world of mortals. Perhaps the fleeting time is not hasty, the world of mortals is not heartless, but you lack the courage to accept the reality, can not pass through all sorts of tests of life. Open your heart, fight bravely with life, and brave in pursuit of happiness. Don't be the darkness of the past holding pace, a road running forward, flying heart, the pursuit of the life you want to build a spiritual paradise belongs to you.

And that is the reason why, when youth is gone, every man will look back upon that period of his life with infinite sorrow and regret. It is the bitter sorrow and regret of a man who knows that once he had a great talent and wasted it , of a man who knows that once he had a great treasure and got nothing from it , of a man who knows that he had strength enough for everything and never used it.

three days to see

all of us have read thrilling stories in which the hero had only a limited and specified time to live. sometimes it was as long as a year; sometimes as short as twenty-four hours, but always we were interested in discovering just how the doomed man chose to spend his last days or his last hours. i speak, of course, of free men who have a choice, not condemned criminals whose sphere of activities is strictly delimited.

such stories set up thinking, wondering what we should do under similar circumstances. what associations should we crowd into those last hours as mortal beings what happiness should we find in reviewing the past, what regrets

sometimes i have thought it would be an excellent rule to live each day as if we should die tomorrow. such an attitude would emphasize sharply the values of life. we should live each day with a gentleness, a vigor, and a keenness of appreciation which are often lost when time stretches before us in the constant panorama of more days and months and years to come. there are those, of course, who would adopt the epicurean motto of “eat, drink, and be merry,” most people would be chastened by the certainty of impending death.

most of us take life for granted. we know that one day we must die, but usually we picture that day as far in the future, when we are in buoyant health, death is all but unimaginable. we seldom think of it. the days stretch out in an endless vista. so we go about our petty task, hardly aware of our listless attitude towards life.

the same lethargy, i am afraid, characterizes the use of our faculties and senses. only the deaf appreciate hearing, only the blind realize the manifold blessings that lie in sight. particularly does this observation apply to those who have lost sight and hearing in adult life. but those who have never suffered impairment of sight or hearing seldom make the fullest use of these blessed faculties. their eyes and ears take in all sights and sound hazily, without concentration, and with little appreciation. it is the same old story of not being grateful for what we conscious of health until we are ill.

i have often thought it would be a blessing if each human being were stricken blind and deaf for a few days at some time during his early adult life. darkness would make him more appreciative of sight; silence would teach him the joys of sound.

now and then i have tested my seeing friends to discover what they see. recently i was visited by a very good friend who had just returned from a long walk in the woods, and i asked her what she had observed. “nothing in particular,” she replied. i might have been incredulous had i not been accustomed to such responses, for long ago i became convinced that the seeing see little.

genius at work

henry ford didn’t always pay attention in school. one day ,he and a friend took a watch apart. angry and upset, the teacher told him both to stay after school. their punishment was to stay until they had fixed the watch. but the teacher did not know young ford’s genius. in ten minutes, this mechanical wizard had repaired the watch and was on this way home

ford’s year of curiosity and tinkering paid off. he dreamed of a horseless carriage. when he built one, the world of transportation was changed forever.

As food is to the body, so is learning to the mind. Our bodies grow and muscles develop with the intake of adequate nutritious food. Likewise, we should keep learning day by day to maintain our keen mental power and expand our intellectual capacity. Constant learning supplies us with inexhaustible fuel for driving us to sharpen our power of reasoning, analysis, and judgment. Learning incessantly is the surest way to keep pace with the times in the information age, and an infallible warrant of success in times of uncertainty.

二、Once learning stops, vegetation sets in. It is a common fallacy to regard school as the only workshop for the acquisition of knowledge. On the contrary, learning should be a never-ending process, from the cradle to the grave. With the world ever changing so fast, the cease from learning for just a few days will make a person lag behind. Whats worse, the animalistic instinct dormant deep in our subconsciousness will come to life, weakening our will to pursue our noble ideal, sapping our determination to sweep away obstacles to our success and strangling our desire for the refinement of our character. Lack of learning will inevitably lead to the stagnation of the mind, or even worse, its fossilization, Therefore, to stay mentally young, we have to take learning as a lifelong career.

三、Life is full of confusing and disordering Particular time, a particular location, Do the arranged thing of ten million time in the brain, Step by step , the life is hard to avoid delicacy and stiffness No enthusiasm forever, No unexpected happening of surprising and pleasing So, only silently ask myself in mind Next happiness, when will come?

四、Dark light, just light each other. The responsibility that you and my shoulders take together, the such as one dust covers up. Afraid only afraid the light is suddenly put out in theendless dark night and Countless loneliness.

五、Always insisting. Use iron scoop is too cold; Use porcelain scoop is too weak; A wood scoop, engraved veins safely, engraved sky’s wasteland and glebe’s old. Just as happiness born in the years, not insolent, the every act and move blooms quietly.

六、Hope is always more expect, engrave a bone is a fat lot looked Clear can touch, just don t know where end is. Can not find to come to the road of hour, just because of eying foot too very carefully.

七、Then the wandering soul wild crane stands still the memory river Listen to whistle play tightly ring slowly, Water rises a ship to go medium long things of the past. Wait for a ship’s person Wait for one and other, But hesitate always should ascend which ship Missed Had to consign the hope to next time, Finally what to wait for until has no boats and ships to come and go, Sunset west .

八、Six words really talk to solve each round to return to bitterness. Heart of lotus opens, body side of genial breezes walks. Constantly, only one pond water. Ripple but have no language, guarded happiness of this pond. This is from cradle to the grave one a life time.

We tried so hard to make things better for our kids that we made them worse. For my grandchildren, I d know better.

I d really like for them to know about hand-me-down clothes and home-made ice cream and leftover meatloaf. I really would.

My cherished grandson, I hope you learn humility by surviving failure and that you learn to be honest even when no one is looking.

I hope you learn to make your bed and mow the lawn and wash the car-and I hope nobody gives you a brand-new car when you are sixteen.

It will be good if at least one time you can see a baby calf born, and you have a good friend to be with you if you ever have to put your old dog to sleep.

I hope you get a black eye fighting for something you believe in.

I hope you have to share a bedroom with your younger brother. And it is all right to draw a line down the middle of the room, but when he wants to crawl under the covers with you because he s scared, I hope you ll let him.

And when you want to see a Disney movie and your kid brother wants to tag along, I hope you take him.

I hope you have to walk uphill with your friends and that you live in a town where you can do it safely.

If you want a slingshot, I hope your father teaches you how to make one instead of buying one. I hope you learn to dig in the dirt and read books, and when you learn to use computers, you also learn how to add and subtract in your head.

I hope you get razzed by friends when you have your first crush on a girl, and that when you talk back to your mother you learn what Ivory soap tastes like.

May you skin your knee climbing a mountain, burn your hand on the stove and stick your tongue on a frozen flagpole.

I hope you get sick when someone blows smoke in your face. I don t care if you try beer once, but I hope you won t like it. And if a friend offers you a joint or any drugs, I hope you are smart enough to realize that person is not your friend.

I sure hope you make time to sit on a porch with your grandpa or go fishing with your uncle.

I hope your mother punishes you when you throw a baseball through a neighbor s window, and that she hugs you and kisses you when you give her a plaster of pared mold of your hand.

These things I wish for you-tough times and disappointment, hard work and happiness.

But the teacher cried

The six-year-old John was terribly spoiled . His father knew it, but his grandma doted on him. He hardly left her side. And when he wanted anything, he either cried or threw a temper tantrum. Then came his first day of school, his first day away from his grandmother's loving arms.

When he came home from school his grandma met him at the door.

“Was school all right?” she asked, “Did you get along all right? did you cry?”

“Cry?” John asked. “No, I didn't cry, but the teacher did!”

d doubles

Teacher of Physical Education: Have you ever seen mixed doubles, boys?

Nick: Yes,sir. Quite of ten. I saw it even last night.

Teacher: Please tell us some thing about it.

Nick: Oh,sorry, sir. My father always says, “Domestic shame should not be published.”

My first Job

My first job was at a cramming school. It was three years ago when I just graduated from junior high school and finished the entrance examination. since I had nothing to do that summer, I decided to find a job, tasting the joy of independence.

I was responsible for answering the telephone and taking the message. I worked eight hours a day, six days a week. The work was not difficult nor heavy to me and I guess I did well. The most delighted thing was perhaps that I could spend the money I earned all by myself.

As we all know, Marx is an outstanding and great man. He founded his brilliant and scientific theory of communism. The theory guides the ways for the human being's liberation. Marx said, “If we can elect one suitable profession, we won't be demoralized with its pressure, because we make sacrifice for human beings. Only by this way will we not be addicted to the joy of narrow-minded and individualism.

My View on Life Value

We all come to the world, but why do some of us make great achievements known forever and why are they remembered forever even though they leave the world? And why do some leave the world without anything valuable to his generation and the people? Every one of us will hope to have a significant and valuable life. But what kind of life is both significant and valuable? Answers to the questions are … “If you cherish your value of your own life, you will create something valuable for the world.” Johann Goth said. “The life value should be judged from his contribution rather than his profession.” Einstein said. Lei Feng, a communist soldier, said, “one lives to make others a more beautiful life.”

We also know that Lu Xun is a man of great. Without his nobility “Fierce-browed, I wooly defy a thousand point fingers, head bowed like a willing ox I serve the children”, and without his spirit of his loyalty and devotion to the last for the bright future of the Chinese people, his life would not have been so significant and so great. Actually, didn't those regarded as essence of human who live forever in the hearts of people make great contributions to the cause of the people? Wouldn't the people remember those whose great achievements for human are recorded in history?

Our happiness belongs to thousands upon thousands of people. I see, although it may be unknown, our cause will never be forgot forever. Even when we depart to God, the kind people will tear down upon our ashes.“ When he said these words, he was only 17 years old. He meant his word with his deeds in his late lifetime period. After his death, on his 100-birthday anniversary, the proletarian and the revolutionary people of the whole world still cherish the memory of Marx and mourn him respectively. It is his distinguishingable contribution to the mankind that his life is that significant. It is his great devotion to the human being that his life value is beyond measure.

We know for certain that not every of us will be a second Marx or Lu Xun. However, a person of noble aspirations will do solid work. Struggle continuously and effortless. He will try to make his greatest contribution in his shortest time. He will try what he can to bring benefit to the people in his lifetime. We'd say it is impossible for one to live alone if he isolates society and people. If he hopes to make a benefit life, he will bring benefit and make contribution to people. As a socialist youth, he will devote his life to the cause of communism in order to make a benefit life.

In our real life, we have many cases like those. Life is endless and tackling key problems will be continuous. Let's take these as examples. Mr. Jing Zhuying worked for the Chinese science causes to the last of his life. Mr. Zhang Hua sacrificed his own young life for the sake of others, which set a good example of the communist. Mr. An Ke died for fulfillment for the duty as a citizen. Ms Zhang Haiti, compared to be Paul of our time, worked very hard and faced frustrations of her life, though she was disabled. She still continues to live on bravely. All these are the strong of their life. Their value of life is precious. My fellow students, don't you say what a beautiful life they have? Beethoven once said; “I must learn to control my life which will never make me give myself up. Oh, If only I can live more than thousands times!” Paul Cocking also had a golden saying, “Life is but one.” I think every youth of us keep this in our minds. let's turn it into reality with our deeds.

Moreover, we say that a value of life will be only in direct proportion to achievement and contribution he makes to our society. In our real life, we can see many revolutionary martyrs die young for the people. Don't you think they cherish the life? Yes. They do. They are sentimentally attached to life; they are full of hope and desire. But they confront the death bravely and resolutely in order to make many more people live. Their brilliant status will be living in the hearts of people. They die glorious and great. The life of those who die busy about his lifetime without any achievements can not be compared with their life.

Let's not be a man full of promises but without any deeds, like Lusting, one of the characters by Dougeshefol. My fellow students, let's not wander. Let's not hesitate. Only lament and vexation does not mean consideration and exploration. Only lament and vexation does not mean advancing and does not mean mature at all. Let's not kill our lifetime by playing cards. Let's not waste our youth by drinking. Let's not destroy our will without any achievements. Let's make great contribution to human. And only by these can we create benefit life.
