三、求職信的內容

四、面試

(一)形式:1、一對一面試 3、集體面試4、電話面試6、壓力面試

2、團隊/董事會面試兩個或更多的人5、視頻會議

(二)面試的目的:瞭解該組織/公司及職位的條件、要求等,判斷

自己是否真想在那裏工作。向面試官證明你能勝任這份工

作;因此,面試是一個雙向選擇的過程。雖然你不能控制

面試,但你可以控制會談的內容。你不只是一個蘋果!

(三)面試前的準備: 1、面試之前的夜晚睡個好覺。

2、要準時,早到15分鐘,這樣可以整理你的思路,並利用這些時間熟悉公司的工作環境。

3、充分利用你的眼睛和耳朵

10、從你的業餘活動/社會實踐/實習經歷中,你學到或者得到了

11、如果我讓你的朋友描述你,你認為他們會怎麼説?

12、為何到現在你還沒有找到工作?

13、看上去你好像在___領域(例如,銷售、籌款、簿記)沒有

什麼經驗,是嗎?

(五)面試中的回答:

1、回答以現實或假設情景為基礎的問題。

回答的基本原則是讓面試官知道你是怎樣思考和怎樣解決問題。 關鍵不是得到“正確”的答案,而是演示得到答案的分析過程。

2、回答以行為為基礎的面試問題。

a以行為為基礎的面試官通常會圍繞在工作或公司中獲得成功所必備的特性和技能提出他們的問題。

b“關於你的_________技能,請舉個例子”

(六)面試中可以提出的問題

1、恰當的提問向面試官説明你為這次面試做了很多準備工作。

2、問題應當與職位有關,並能表現出你的熱情和知識。

3、通過提出機智的、經過慎重考慮過的問題,你向僱主表現出你對公司的態度很認真,並且讓對方感受到你很有價值。

(七)結束面試

1、確定你瞭解僱用過程,知道對方在未選擇好申請人之前還有面試要參加。

2、表達你對這個職位的興趣,感謝對方給你面試的機會。

3、向對方要一張名片或者確定你知道面試官的名字、職務和地址以便你能夠發送一封感謝信給他。確定你的信函在面試後的 24小時內到達。

(八)面試中的權利

1、一些僱主錯誤地認為既然是他們支付薪水,他們就有權問任何他們想問的所有問題。還有一些僱主面試技巧很笨拙,會問一些不恰當的問題。你不是必須回答那些令你難堪的問題。
