二、從事教學工作方面

20xx年7月隨女友離開家鄉，受聘至張家港市紅蕾學校，擔任五年級(2)班主任和兩個班數學教學工作，業餘在張家港市東萊國小學習先進的教學經驗，由於我的辛勤付出我所教的學科在期末市教育局調研中取得了優異的成績。同時被學校提拔為數學教研組長兼辦公室主任，同年底被評為“優秀教師”。

20xx年再次被學校評為“優秀教師”

20xx年9月應聘至義烏市東方外國語培訓學校任國小五年級數學教師一個學期的教輔工作贏得了學生家長的高度滿意。

20xx年1月因家中有事離開義烏市東方外國語培訓學校。

現剛處理完家中的瑣事目前正在求職階段。

三、繼續教育(培訓)方面

本着對教育事業的執着追求，我於20xx年參加普通專升本考試被xxxx師範學院數學系錄取，因家庭原因未能如願，但我沒有放棄學業，20xx年10月我再次參加成人專升本考試，被xxxx師範學院數學系錄取，經過三年的努力我順利的完成了本科段的學習。

20xx年6月參加xxx市國小數學奧數班學習並順利結業，

20xx年9參加xxx市國小數學建模培訓順利結業。

20xx年12月參加xxx市東方外語培訓學校舉行的《班級管理與溝通》講座。

這些都只能代表過去，如果有幸能夠進入到貴校工作，相信我能夠做得更好。

求職時的自我介紹是第一印象的組成部分，自我介紹的目的就是要讓對方瞭解自己，並對後面的內容做鋪墊。如何做自我介紹呢?

一、態度。

1、態度決定一切。語言要自然、友善、親切、隨和，整體上講求落落大方。

2、充滿自信，聲音洪亮，吐字清晰，眼睛看着對方的眼睛和鼻子之間，切記眼睛一直盯着對方的眼睛，這樣顯得很不禮貌。

3、語速的過快、過慢，含糊不清都會影響對方的判斷。

二、注意儀容、儀表、儀態。

儀容：女士儘量化淡粧。男士要理髮，乾淨、清新。

儀表：求職時可以不要刻意的穿職業裝，只要簡單、大方、清爽就可以了。但是面試時就要注意了，一定要着適合本企業文化的服裝。

儀態：正確的站姿、坐姿會給招聘單位留下良好的印象，雖然這些地方你做好了不會加分，但是如果你沒有做好，會減分。對方會認為你沒有素質，缺乏涵養。

weaknesses: im afraid i havent got a very good sense of directions, so i easily get lost. but i like to ask people and find the way from other means, for example, search the internet on my mobile phone, and turn to the directions at bus stops. another one is that i tend to have too high expectations on people, especially people who i care. once my sister and friends told me that i expected them too highly which put too much pressure on them. this is true with regard to my students. anyway, i am trying to find the balance between ideals/ hopes and reality.

連笑老師的《細節影響大學聯考成績的成敗》任勇老師的《中學數

學教學主張》，美國布魯肖和威特克爾編著的《改善學生課堂

表現的50個方法》等等一系列書籍，受益匪淺，希望這樣能

提升自己的教學素養，早日成為一名合格的中學教師。

四、 做題方面，近來一段時間，我做了近70套大學聯考數學題，基本

上把高中遺忘的數學知識和解題思想方法補回來了。我還針對

自己的不足，在惡補教科書基本內容，確實發現學無止境，自

己還是存在很多的問題，所以我得一直堅持不懈做下去。

最後，我介紹一下自己多年不變的座右銘“不要怕，不要悔”。簡單解釋就是勇敢自信，不怕面對挑戰；認真對待，不讓自己後悔。
