ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon!
i’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.
first i want to ask you some questions:
1、 do you know what is youth?
2、 how do you master your youth?
youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshne; it is the freshneof the deep springs of life h means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often existsin a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.
years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul y , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wirelestation : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

社團文化活動豐富了大學生的課餘生活，營造積極向上的校園文化藝術氛圍，為大學生提供展示自我的平台，能夠充分展現當代大學生的青春活力。為進一步推進我省高校大學生素質拓展工程，提高廣大同學的英語應用水平，我協會現準備開展大學生英語演講比賽。現將活動方案策劃如下：
【活動主題】
江蘇技術師範學院大學生英語演講比賽
【活動目的】
二十一世紀是高科技迅猛發展的時代，是國際交流更加頻繁的時代。英語水平的提高對國際之間的交流起着至關重要的作用。作為二十一世紀的大學生，我們應該責無旁貸，學好自己母語的同時加強英語的鍛鍊，為我們社會的發展盡一份綿薄之力。所以為了增強同學們運用英語的能力，為廣大同學提供一個展現自己舞台。通過參加這次活動，提高同學們英語應用能力，增長自己的演講能力。豐富我們的生活多樣化。通過同學們積極參加活動，可以促進同學們學習動力和熟練運用技能，同時向全學校宣傳演講技巧，更加促進學習英語積極性。

活動內容：進行初賽，複賽的比試
活動對象：全體在校學生
活動時間和地點：2014年四月中旬進行初賽多媒體教室2014年五月中旬進行復賽多媒體教室

比賽流程：
在四月中旬初賽：進行海選，請一些英語老師當評委，選出20至30人進入決賽，晉級同學可接受專業老師的指導以便好的在決賽中發揮。
五月份決賽：全校學生都可以觀看，具體過程如下：
1）主持人介紹評委嘉賓，致歡迎詞
2）主持人引言，對這次活動內容做簡短介紹，宣佈比賽開始
3）賽隊員按照抽好的編號依次進行演講。（共兩場：一場是自由演講，一場是命題演講）（每位選手演講控制在4分鐘以內）
4)比賽中途由嘉賓演唱英文或外文歌曲，進行一次現場遊戲互動
5）請特邀嘉賓++致辭
6）評委總結，頒發獎品及證書
7）主持人宣佈比賽結束
8）獲獎選手，評委，嘉賓，主持人拍照留戀
評分規則：1)發音標準，自然流暢。
2）內容健康，主題鮮明
3）儀態舉止大方得體
4）思維敏捷
5）裝束得體
【活動風險評估】
1、舉辦時間內發生了不可抗力的事件不得已可終止；
2、組委會的組織水平或由於工作人員疏忽導致比賽狀況等原因考慮應急方案。
【活動經費】
同其它促銷活動一樣，對外宣傳活動，不僅要考慮其效果，而且要核算其成本，力求少花錢、多辦事、高效果。一般來講，本活動所需的費用支出，包括以
下幾個方面：

all the celebrations welcoming the new century were hold in the year 2014, because life without a greeting is like the sky without the tings are very important for the whole world,in my opinion.
but i don't know whether greetings are enough for cially when we meet with failures .i remember quite clearly that when i was a child,if i fall down and was on the brink of crying,my father always told me"please stand up from where you fall down!"
yes,we must stand up from where we fall down.
that was a special mid night in ctations filled our stared at the tv,hoping excitedly as the voice would fly to our at last,each chinese who loves our motherland was distressed to know the result:beijing ,lost to sydeny by a margin of two votes in the olympic hosting competition.
eight years have past,but the frustration has not healed with time at ,at the begining of the new millennium,all of the pride and disappointment of the 20th century had gone with the wind. the 21st century,which is full of hope,longing znd thought has come. someone said,we would start from zero ld i really start from zero on?
no!i hold that we should go on with our efferts and ambitions stayed by last century,and make our life better.
"new beijing,great olympics!" the voice cries this out around china's captital,a 3,000 -year-old city these days.
beijing,along with paris,istanbul,osake and toronto,has been shortlisted by the international olympic committee as an official candidate city for the 2014 olympic games.
this is beijing's second attempt to host the games.
everyone fully supports beijing's bid for it.
maybe,we can paint fences along the main roads of beijing.

facing the new century,mankind is driven by the revolution of science and technoiogy,world economy is undergoing broud and profound changes. but nobody can deny the fact that compared with developed nations,developing countries are confronted with more pressure and order to become famous in the world,we must speed up our international economic restructuring to catch up with industrialized nations.
supporting beijing's bid is a systematic project that can support china'sdevelopment efforts.
i believe recycled paper,clean fuel,sorted rubbish,water-saving and enery-efficient facilities will become reality in the coming years for china.i believe the new century is an era of learning ans teaching,and lifelong education has become one of the main trends in the future developmet of chinese society.
i believe that,on july 13,our dream of beijing's olympic bid will become use to millions of chinese,for china to have the gloal respect and support that she deserves is not just a dream.
it is a part of our very we are not only equal members of our motherland, china,but we are also equal contributors to the world as a whole. let us stand together,all nations in beijing,in brotherhood,friendship and peace, in 2014 and forever!
as you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.

在21世紀的我們，學習英語已經是一門必修課了，如今為了加強學生的英語學習，英語氛圍，形成一種英語無處不在的學習環境，同時也為了提高我院以其各個英語愛好者的綜合能力，豐富學習課餘文化活動，創建良好的校園文化氛圍，因此，我們英語1+1 決定開展英語角活動,邀請我校廣大英語愛好者一起學英語
二．活動目的：
〈1〉提高同學學習英語的積極性，特別是提高對英語口語訓練的積極性。 〈2〉豐富學生的課餘生活。
〈3〉為學生提供一個學習和交流英語學習的平台，共同進步。 〈4〉加深對英語口語的重要性的認識。
〈5〉通過舉辦活動，為廣大英語愛好者提供一個互相交流和學習的機會。 〈〉讓大學生體會英語的魅力，敢於説英語，敢於秀自己。

七．活動前工作安排
1、宣傳部：負責製作海報、橫幅、寫廣播稿和新聞稿。
2、學習部：負責整個活動的攝影工作。
3、外事部：負責申請教室，租借相關設備。
4、祕書部：負責簽到工作，購買活動用品。
5、文-體部：負責佈置會場活動，座位的安排。
6、策劃部：負責整個活動的策劃和總結

2、報名地點：報給各部門的負責人，然後把人數彙報給主席團統計人數。3、主持人的選定：比賽選男女主持人各一名。 4、評委：七個理事及會長們5、對參賽選手的要求【1】選手題目與大學生活，學習話題有關。要求演講內容積極、健康、向上。【2】舉止大方，表現自然，與觀眾有目光交流。有適當的肢體語言，（有才藝展示）。【3】如有背景音樂，則自帶。【4】自備服裝和道具（如有需要）。

1、比賽規則
【1】、比賽以公平公正為原則，以豐富和活躍校園生活、促進交流與溝通為宗
旨，比賽一次性解決。
【2】、大賽分為自我介紹，演講比賽，才藝展示三個環節。依據評委打分計
算出成績，最後頒發一等獎、二等獎、三等獎和參與獎。
3、活動流程
一、活動步驟
【1】、主持人開場白【3】、選手按照比賽具體步驟依次上台演講和英語才藝展示。 【4】、評委點評，有七個理事和會長們點評 【5】、主持人宣佈比賽成績和名次【6】、頒獎由會長髮獎 【7】、活動參與者合影【8】、主持人宣佈活動結束【9】、按照統一安排依次退場
二、比賽具體過程
第一個環節：選手簡要作自我介紹，大約每人1分鐘，由評委打分（20分）。第二個環節：演講總分50分。選手依次上台演講，大約每人五分鐘。第三個環節：才藝展示總分30分。
第四個環節：演講結束後，由評委作總評。並依據比賽成績宣佈各參賽選手成
績。
三．具體評分細則 ：（滿分100分）
●儀表形象：（20分）
1）着裝整齊，大方得體。（10分）
2）姿態自然，動作適度。（10分）
●演講內容：（50分）
3）主題鮮明，符合主題內容。（25分）
4）內容充實，事例動人，貼近生活，富有鮮明的時代感。（15分）
5）行文流暢，用詞精練，詳略得當。（10分）
●語言藝術：（30分）
6）發音標準，流利。（10分）
7）節奏處理得當，技巧運用自如。（10分）
8）表現力、應變能力強，能活躍氣氛，引起高潮.(10分）
●評分規則：
評委明確給出每部分評分（評分為整數），由工作人員進行最後加總，去掉最高分與最低分，取平均分為選手比賽成績，按成績排名分別獲一、二、三等獎。
四. 獎項設立:
一等獎1名

優秀獎5名
八. 頒獎：
比賽結束後，有會長團上台按由低到高的順序頒發獲獎證書和獎品
九．注意事項
1、活動開始前各負責人做好籤到、接待工作，主持人提前做好準備。
2、觀眾到指定區域就坐，並注意現場紀律。活動過程中，要保持安靜，認真聽演講。
