各位老師、同學大家好：

我是七年級（4）班的xxx。今天我要給大家演講的題目是：禮貌的我們，整潔的家。

孔子曾説:“晨必盥，兼漱口；便溺回，輒淨手。冠必正，紐必結，襪與履，俱緊切”。早晨一定要洗臉漱口，方便後要洗手，帽子要戴端正，鈕釦也要扣好，襪子和鞋都要穿整齊。相信這是大家自幼時便已知道的基本衞生習慣。可我們能否仔細想想：我們真的做到了麼？就算自己做到了，那觀察一下我們身邊，一切都是乾淨整潔的嗎？答案是否定的，漫步於校園裏，我們常常會發現地上躺着一處處花花綠綠的垃圾，走廊的地上如同溜冰場一樣滑溜，原來是湯汁灑在了地面……這樣的情景還有很多，那麼怎樣才能解決呢？很簡單，多彎一次腰，撿起一片廢紙屑；多拖一次地，拖乾地上的污漬；多去一次垃圾箱，扔掉手中的果皮。也許就是這“多一次”，就會使我們的校園煥然一新。而且據我所知，我校許多男老師為支持“無煙校園”的創建毅然戒去了跟隨自己多年的煙癮，這需要多麼頑強的意志力，這種精神很值得我們學習。

當我們把基本的衞生習慣養成了，就要考慮下一層次的問題：心靈的清潔—禮儀。大家都知道，中國自古就是禮儀之邦，到了我們這一代，也絕不能把禮節丟去，禮節的養成，是要靠長時間的好習慣而形成。當你少説一次髒話，微笑着多説一聲“謝謝你”“對不起”，少對同學發一次脾氣，多力所能及的幫老師同學做些事情……這些看似很小的事情都會使你在不知不覺中受到良好禮節的薰陶，成為一個文明的人。

老師們，同學們，讓我們每人都從自己做起，共同努力，養成良好的衞生和禮儀習慣。讓延安中學這個大家庭永遠充滿整潔，充滿友愛吧。
