尊敬的校長，各位老師、家長，親愛的同學們：
大家好！
今天，我非常榮幸的參加同學們的畢業典禮，在此請允許我代表全體家長，對順利完成高中學業的同學們表示熱烈的祝賀！向為同學們的成長傾注愛心、汗水和智慧的老師和校領導表示衷心的感謝！
此時此刻，我百感交集，彷彿又回到幾十年前。坐在你們中間，我頓感青春與活力。榮幸之餘，我少不了幾分緊張，因為在座的不僅有我十分尊敬的老師，更多的是祖國的未來，未來的精英！如果我今天的發言能夠給同學們留下點滴印象，那將是我畢生的榮幸和難忘。 記得，三年前開學的第一天，我欣慰的和女兒來到松山湖，不知不覺中踏入校園門口，肅然起敬的保安禮儀，熱情洋溢的教師風範，讓我頓覺家長的尊嚴，那幾分擔憂立霄雲外。自那一刻起，作為家長的我由衷感慨：松山湖學校就是不一樣！名校就是名校啊，我們的選擇一定不會錯！
三年即將過去，我欣喜地看到孩子的一步步成長，她由稚嫩變得成熟，由懵懂變得理性，由張揚變得沉穩。作為一名學生家長，我真誠的説一聲：謝謝！老師，你們辛苦了！
曾幾何時，孩子的心事向你們訴説，你們用心聆聽，曾幾何時，孩子的身體不適向你們述説，你們用心呵護，週末離校了，是你們發出第一信息，在校生病了，是你們第一時間陪伴，學習困惑了，是你們第一聲安慰„„
為了學生，你們曾今廢寢忘食，放棄了自己的業餘生活；為了學生，你們曾今嘔心瀝血，日以繼夜鑽研教學方法；為了學生，你們曾今用百般的耐心和辛勤的汗水，日夜守護澆灌着這一棵棵幼苗，學生們取得的每一點成就，都凝聚着你們的心血。
我相信，我們很多家長都有我這樣的感受：松山湖的老師，不僅有高尚的職業道德，更有高超的教學水平和細膩的情懷與無私的愛心。
三年時間，作為家長的我深深體會到松山湖的人本教育、感恩教育與責任教育的魅力，終於見證了什麼是“自主、和諧、共同發展”的辦學理念，什麼是“對學生終身發展負責”的辦學宗旨。今天，我能榮幸的站在這非凡的講台，我還是按耐不住要吶喊一聲：松山湖的老師們，你們是最可愛值得尊敬的人。
同學們，三年前，你們懷着美好的憧憬，成為松山湖佼佼學子。松山湖，有您矯健英姿，有您伏案身影，有您嬉鬧笑聲。今天，無論您即將步入大學還是走進社會，都請記住：“一個人取得的成績往往取決於性格上的偉大”。而決定我們性格的正是日常生活中的習慣。養成良好的習慣，就如同給夢想插上翅膀，為將來事業的騰飛打下堅實的基礎。“艱難困苦，玉汝於成”!在此作為家長代表的我，誠摯希望你們把腳踏實地當作一種習慣，把精益求精當作一種習慣，把互助共榮當作一種習慣，把開拓創新當作一種習慣，把孝敬父母當作一種習慣，把奉獻愛心、回報社會當作一種習慣！
同學們，在即將分別、回首過去的時候，也請記住：要常懷感恩之心！對父母心存感恩，因為他們給予你生命，撫育你成長，對老師心存感恩，因為他們給予你教誨，讓你懂得道理，學會思考；對同學心存感恩，因為他們給予你關心和幫助，在旅途上心手相連；對朋友心存感恩，因為他們給予你友情與關愛，讓你無助時可以傾訴和依賴。希望你們利用好資源，學會溝通、交流和共享。你的視野有多寬，世界就有多大。
同學們，你們能在松山湖這樣一流的學校度過高中階段，是你們的榮幸。飲水思源啊，別忘了，是松山湖這塊沃土的栽培，別忘了，是松山湖園丁的精心培育，不管你們將來飛得有多高，本領有多大，都不應該忘記，是松山湖學校給了你們成功的種子，給了你們起飛的動力。記得常常回松山湖看望你們親愛的老師們！
同學們，今天的畢業典禮，不是慶祝“結束”而是歡呼開始，不是紀念“完成”而是宣告進步，讓你們的生命之舟在新的港灣裏起航吧，載着對未來美好暢想，直掛雲帆，乘風破浪！
I am a student from Xinhua High School in Chongqing，China. Informed that you have a vacancy for a student to serve as the spokesman for animals, I cannot resist my inner excitement,hoping to seize the opportunity to do something for animals .
In my mind，nothing can delight me so much as caring for animals. Wherever I go and whatever I do, I usually keep in mind that animals are angels from the heaven, which bring us endless comfort and pleasure. I have been a panda lover since my childhood. Panda is so lovely that brings fun to people and they are regarded as the treasure of our country. Unfortunately，such a rare species is now faced with the danger of being extinct。What I am eager to do is to raise people’s awareness of animal protection and appeal to more people to care for our earth companies.
So many people under estimate the power and importance of a smile, that simple little facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners ofthe mouth.
A smile has many meanings: pleasure, friendliness, welcome, amusement, and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extrainter pretation.
Plus a smile, with all its simplicity and beauty, can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:
You fall in love with a new country you visit because its people greet you with a welcoming smile everywhere you go; other countries you just don’t like even though they might have more history, nature, entertainment and what not because their people don’t seem so friendly or accepting.
You feel like buying from a certain store when the vendor welcomes you in with asmile, sometimes even if you wouldn’t initially have bought anything; and in other stores, even though they have exactly what you need or better, you decide to walk away because the vendor doesn’t look welcoming at all.
You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile, even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand, sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever, but you won’t feel like giving the waiter a tip, even if you do, because he was grumpy.
More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.
Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand, the friendly pizza delivery boy, the welcoming supermarket vendor, the nice cashier at the bank, … etc.
It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back, and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view, if we break it down using business sense, a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customer loyalty.
On top of all that, a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do, so it amazes why no one bothers to do it, it not only makes the person in front of you better, but it also makes you feel better as well, and I’m not making this up,it has been psychologically proven.
Personally, I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country, in companies, government agencies, restaurants, hotels, banks,everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this, and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports, hospitals,hotels … etc.
Let’sall simply smile.
很多人低估了微笑的力量和重要性，微笑是一種簡單的面部表情，其特徵是嘴角向上彎曲。
微笑有很多含義：快樂、友好、歡迎、娛樂等等；
它是一種不需要任何額外解釋的通用肢體語言的一部分。
再加上一個微笑，它的簡單和美麗，可以是一個非常重要的因素在我們生活的許多方面：
你愛上了一個你去過的新國家，因為無論你走到哪裏，這個國家的人民都用歡迎的微笑歡迎你；
其他國家你就是不喜歡，即使他們可能有更多的歷史，自然，娛樂等等，因為他們的人民似乎不那麼友好或接受。
當店主微笑着歡迎你進來的時候，你會有一種想從某個商店買東西的感覺，有時即使你一開始不會買任何東西；
在其他商店，即使他們有你需要的或者更好的東西，你決定離開，因為供應商看起來一點也不歡迎你。
當服務員微笑着為你服務時，你想給他一筆可觀的小費，即使飯菜不是那麼好；另一方面，有時你會吃到一些有史以來最好的食物，但你不會想給服務員小費，即使你給了，因為他脾氣暴躁。
從我們的日常生活中，越來越多的例子表明，一個簡單的微笑可以改變一切。
永遠銘刻在我腦海的是泰國人民的笑臉，友好的送披薩的男孩，熱情的超市小販，銀行的收銀員，等等。
正是這些微笑讓我想回去，也讓我們所有人都想回去；
從另一個角度看，如果我們用商業意識來分解它，微笑是產生銷售和培養客户忠誠度最有效的手段之一。
最重要的是，微笑是一個非常簡單和容易的事，所以對此很驚訝為什麼沒有人願意這樣做，它不僅使人在你面前更好，但它也會讓你感覺更好，我不做這個，心理上的證明。
就我個人而言，我希望在這個世界上看到更多的笑臉；
在機場當我進入一個新的國家，在公司，政府機構，餐館，酒店，銀行，無處不在；我認為這要靠政府來宣傳，甚至在機場、醫院、酒店等重要場所強制推行。

大家好！
很榮幸代表高三英語組在此發言。不知不覺間，激動人心的收穫時刻已經到來，離20xx年大學聯考還剩下30天的時間。今天，我們相聚在這裏共同見證這歷史性的時刻，讓我們再搏30天，讓汗水哺育不凡；再搏30天用智慧豐富內涵；再搏30天憑激情創造燦爛；再搏30天靠實力熬頭獨佔！
時光荏苒，回顧過去的日子，我們高三英語組全體老師在教研組長劉俊英老師和備課組長劉豔老師的帶領下，本着“把簡單的事做到極致”的嚮往，堅定“學校增榮我增榮認真工作不放鬆”的工作理念紮紮實實地做好自己的本職工作認認真真履行着自己的神聖職責。全身心地投入到指導學生的大學聯考複習工作中。無論是經驗豐富的老教師，還是我們這些剛上高三的年輕老師，我們都能夠一心撲在工作上，認真研究大學聯考資料，互相學習，精心備課，共同研究探討解題思路和做題方法，力求教學工作系統紮實，不放過任何問題，使學生形成完整的知識結構和方法體系，我們這些年輕老師因此收穫頗豐。兩位組長還帶領着大家認真開好每次教研會，共同研討設計出高質量的複習學案，使其真正起到了預期的效果，得到了領導學生的一致好評。
最後的衝刺已經到了關鍵時刻，我們高三英語組全體老師會再接再厲，不折不扣地完成學校各項工作任務，進一步抓好課堂教學，使之科學、嚴謹、有效；抓好學生的心理疏導，培養學生良好的心態和健康的心理品質；抓好大學聯考信息的收集篩選，緊緊把握教學方向；抓好學生的培優補差工作，整合學科教學，使學生的綜合成績更上一層樓！
“卧薪嚐膽奮戰30天續寫08輝煌，破釜沉舟拼搏30天誓創09新高”。衝鋒的號角已經吹響，前進的戰鼓已經擂起，我們高三的全體英語老師一定會和同學們並肩戰鬥。我們願做學生們衝剌路上的加油站，願做他們大學聯考信息的查詢台，願做他們的心理諮詢師，願為他們診斷學習中碰到的一切疑難雜症。願為同學們保駕護航，願為同學們搖旗吶喊。願與同學們同甘共苦，願與同學們風雨同舟。在此，我代表全體高三英語老師鄭重承諾：我們將繼續刻苦鑽研，潛心備課，忠於職守，甘苦與共；精誠團結，通力合作；滿腔熱忱，耐心輔導，使學生在最後衝刺階段，成績能有突飛猛進地進步，大學聯考發揮出最佳水平，為我校20xx年大學聯考做出我們最大的貢獻，以優異的成績向我校建校60週年獻禮！

因此，今天的畢業不僅是對昨天的總結，更是對明天的呼喚，是你們的所有師長和朋友為你們明日的出征而壯行！未來的征途上，鮮花與荊棘相伴，挫折與成功同在；我代表畢業班的所有老師，最想對大家説的是：
每個人的一輩子都不可能是常勝將軍，不可能不遇到一點挫折和困難，關鍵時刻應鼓起敢於面對嚴峻現實的勇氣。一位戰鬥英雄説過這樣一句話：在戰場上，即使我倒下去了，我的目光也要看着前面。因此，今天，我不祝你們的未來一帆風順；我祝你們即使九千九百九十九次的跌倒之後，仍舊九千九百九十九次的站起來！
