（3）面試時不要抽煙。如果考官請你抽煙，即使你是吸煙者也應説聲"謝謝"，然後禮貌地拒絕，不抽為好。因為抽煙會影響考官的注意力，而且你在回答問題過程中，可能因抽煙而中斷説話，會給人留下不好印象。

（4）不要攀龍附鳳。如果你的親朋之中有些是權貴或名人，別自作聰明地把這些人都搬出來壯大聲勢。即使考官問及，也只可作輕描淡寫的簡短介紹。否則有時會適得其反，讓人以為你沒有什麼真本事。

（5）不要開玩笑，切忌插科打諢。面試時能恰當地表現幽默感當然很好，如果不善於幽默或控制幽默，最好老老實實地回答問題，否則會給別人留下一個輕浮的印象。

面試攻略：主動出擊無論你是一個多麼高明的求職老手，對於自己"鍾情"單位的面試，雖表面能從容不迫、侃侃而答，但內心仍是步步為營、小心謹慎。其實，只要掌握一些看似微不足道的"細節"，你就能瀟灑自如，維持面試的良好氣氛。善於打破沉默面試開始時，應試者不善"破冰"（英文直譯即打破沉默），而等待面試官打開話匣。面試中，應試者又出於種種顧慮，不願主動説話，結果使面試出現冷場。即便能勉強打破沉默，語音語調亦極其生硬，使場面更顯尷尬。實際上，無論是面試前或面試中，面試者主動致意與交談，會留給面試官熱情和善於與人交談的良好印象。保持積極應答狀態面試官常常會提出或觸及一些讓應試者難為情的事情。很多人對此面紅耳赤，或躲躲閃閃，或撒謊敷衍，而不是誠實作答、正面解釋。比如面試官問：你為什麼5年中換了3次工作？有人可能就會大談工作如何困難，上級不支持等，而不是告訴面試官：從事不同的工作，豐富了我的知識面，自己也因此學到了許多，也成熟了很多。善於向面試官提問有些人在不該提問時提問，如面試中打斷面試官的談話而提問。也有些人面試前對提問沒有足夠準備，輪到有提問機會時不知説什麼好。而事實上，一個好的提問，勝過簡歷中的無數筆墨，會讓面試官刮目相看。勿與面試官過分"套近乎"具備一定專業素養的面試官是忌諱與應試者套近乎的，因為面試中雙方關係過於隨便或過於緊張都會影響面試官的評判。過分"套近乎"亦會在客觀上妨礙應試者在短短的面試時間內，做好專業經驗與技能的陳述。聰明的應試者可以列舉一至兩件有根有據的事情來讚揚招聘單位，從而表現出您對這家公司的興趣。面試結束巧妙收場很多求職應試者面試結束時，因成功的興奮，或因失敗的恐懼，會語無倫次、手足無措。其實，面試結束時，應試者不妨表達您對應聘職位的理解，充滿熱情地告訴面試者您對此職位感興趣，並詢問下一步是什麼；面帶微笑和麪試官握手並謝謝面試官的接待及對您的考慮。

努力表現自己在面試中講話內容固然重要，但考官們會更多地注意你説話的方式和舉止，並且為了判定你是否適合這個工作，考官們還會考察你能否和該公司融為一體。面試過程中始終表現出你的熱情，不要輕易放棄努力。在面試前與考官握手，微笑着直視他的眼睛。面試結束後，也要與他握手道別。輕鬆自如地坐在椅子上，但不要使身子深陷在椅子裏。除非坐在柔軟的椅子或沙發上，也不要坐得太遠，這樣會給考官疏遠的感覺。即使你認為事情進展順利，也不要表現得太悠然自得。即使你會抽煙，在這種場合也不宜抽煙。不要在這種場合開玩笑，避免不適合這種場合的玩笑和幽默。在面試開始前就拿出隨身攜帶的鋼筆和記事本，記錄下整個面試過程中的要點，尤其要對細節問題感興趣並給予重視。如果在面試過程中，考官接到一個電話，在他接聽電話幾分鐘後，你可以從自己的公文包中拿出一篇材料閲讀。這使你看上去很聰明，並且能體現出你的時間觀念很強，更重要的是考官可以在沒有監視的感覺下更好地處理那個電話。

面試中常見的一些問題你為什麼喜歡這份工作？你為什麼要辭退原來的工作？為什麼你被原單位辭退了？在過去的工作中哪一段經歷是你最感自豪的？你有哪些優點和缺點？你有着與這份工作不同的工作經驗或沒有任何工作經驗，那麼你又如何來做這個工作呢？我們為什麼要僱用你？你還有什麼其它興趣愛好？在面試過程中要仔細地聆聽、觀察、判斷考官喜歡什麼樣的回答。有的人喜歡聽工作經歷中的實例，有的人希望知道你工作的能力，有的人希望你做簡單的自我介紹，有的人則喜歡聽你做詳盡的闡述。儘可能從考官的言談舉止中發現什麼是他們喜歡的回答，然後投其所好，準確地回答這些或類似的問題。

面試時的應答技巧應答是面試的主要形式。高明的應答技巧能提高面試成績而獲得勝利。

1、有問必答。不管是什麼問題，都要作出回答。這是最基本的原則。

2、坦率真誠。有些涉及到專業性很強的問題，而你又確實不懂，你就坦率承認。

3、側面回答。有些問題要想正面回答等於是否定自己，因此要設法將可能否定自己的話，轉化成肯定自己的話。

4、反戈一擊。有些問題太過刁鑽，而且實在無法回答，不妨反戈一擊，反問對方，也能起到意想不到的效果。5、大題小作。考官有時會問一些"很大"的題目，你必須"小"作，不要沒選擇地沒目的地説。一般技巧是圍繞你應聘的職位來談。面試難題應答實例對面試難題回答的原則技巧是：避其鋒芒；轉移話鋒；暗渡陳倉；避重就輕。其中關鍵是：要變被動為主動，把問題轉向可以主動操縱的方面來。

技巧：暗渡陳倉：極其巧妙不露痕跡地讚揚了該企業。

問題2：原單位為何解僱你？建議答案：不是解僱，是我辭職。因為我認為原單位任人唯親，我不想在那裏虛度光陰。

技巧：轉移話鋒：引出別的話題。

問題3：原單位在規模、聲譽、效益、待遇遠勝於我們，你為何要來我們這裏？建議答案：一個人的價值不僅僅體現在工資待遇上，一個人的成功靠的不是樹大好乘涼，只要有用武之地，不管在什麼地方都能體現自己的價值和成功。

技巧：避其鋒芒：未直接回答，卻表明自己的自信和抱負。

問題4：你的缺點是什麼？建議答案：我有很多缺點，但我相信我的一些缺點不會影響自己的優點。

技巧：避重就輕：表現充分的自信。——哪些人不受職場歡迎鯊魚型：自以為是，自我感覺良好，不願與人合作。這樣的人如果再一意孤行，勢必使自己孤立，容易被倡導"團隊精神"的職業社會所拋棄。

古董型：墨守成規，不願意甚至拒絕任何新鮮事物，陳腐發迂。這種不能主動適應變化着的時代的人只有死路一條。

機器型：發個指令，撳動按鈕才會動一動，缺少積極主動精神。想一想瞬息萬變的社會願意要這樣的人嗎？喇叭型：只喊不做，或雷聲大雨點小，同那些"少説多做"的實幹家相比，在競爭中更容易失去機會。

狐狸型：未來社會需要真正的實幹家而非陰謀家。智慧與品德的結合，才會天下無敵。

遲緩型：在市場競爭中，那些動作遲緩，辦事效率低下的人，將毫無疑問地被競爭大潮所淹沒。

多病型：弄壞身體既是自己的損失，也給集體添麻煩，此事千萬不可掉以輕心。

薪水談判九要點認真對照：根據你自己的人際網絡確定自己市值幾何？組織思想：將你的要求詳細列出來：薪酬、保險、職銜、休假，如果你認為合適，還可以加上停車位、旅遊補貼、專業書籍等等。只説範圍：譬如説，要求薪水在2014-5000元之間，瞄準中位數。提前打算：如果第一次面試未能獲得滿足，可在面試之後提出將來加薪的要求。戰略考慮：弄清楚最理想的情形是什麼，能夠接受的條件是什麼。要力爭得到你想要的東西，但在次重要的問題上做好讓步的準備。積極主動：記住你和僱主都企圖從這次談判中獲得滿意的結果。開誠佈公：一開始就把所有要點拿上桌面。

從容鎮定：為自己爭取詳加考慮的時間，向人顯示你的興趣，告訴對方你會在一天時間內給出答覆。薪資條款：協商清楚所有聘請的條款—-基本責任、薪水以及各項備註。

面試從你接到電話通知的那一刻就已經開始了。也許是等待就業的心情比較迫切吧，我在通知有資格參加下一輪面試的面試者時，一般從電話另一頭聽到的都是一些浮躁的聲音，這裏摘了一點我們的對話：

“喂”

“喂，您好，請問是xxx先生麼？”

“你是誰啊？”（當時，我的心裏已經不高興了，但是不會表露出來）“我是xx公司的，請問您參加了我們公司的招聘嗎？”

“哪個公司”（肯定是撒大網了）“我們把您的面試時間安排在了明天的xxx，地點在xxx”

“我記一下，你們是什麼公司？”（oh，my god!）……

這樣我就會把我的看法寫在他(她)的簡歷上，供明天面試的時候參考，影響可想而知!

由此可知，主考官對應聘者的考察是全面而具體的。

應聘者“研究主考官”，這裏所説的“研究”是要試想一下主考官會從那些方面來考察、評價面試者。綜合起來，有以下幾個方面：

主考官可能會先評價一個應聘者的衣着、外表、儀態和行為舉止。

主考官會對應聘者的專業知識、口才、談話技巧做整體的考核。

主考官可能會從面談中來了解應聘者的性格和人際關係，並從談話過程中瞭解應聘者的情緒狀況以及人格成熟的程度。

主考官會在面試時，觀察應聘者對工作的熱情程度和責任心，瞭解應聘者的人生的理想、抱負和上進心。

以上幾點主要是説，電話面試的時候注意禮貌，不要太浮躁，説話的時候儘量慢條斯理的，這樣對方會感覺你這個人比較穩重，然後你在把你的情況説一下，比如你學的專業，一些特長和興趣愛好等。
