信息管理與信息系統專業介紹
一、信息管理專業的作用與意義
1、專業背景與前景
由於信息“爆炸”是現代社會的固有特徵，面對繁雜的信息，採用信息技術進行相關管理工作已成為人們提升管理效率的必由之路，甚至已成為管理工作的基本技能之一，本專業就是在此背景下產生的。同時，就前景來看，信息管理專業是符合社會長期需要的“常青”專業。
2、信息管理專業培養目標
系統掌握信息系統分析與設計方法以及信息管理知識，具備現代管理學理論基礎和較強計算機應用能力、創新能力、動手能力、持續學習能力，以及能夠利用專業知識為交通建設與管理服務的複合型人才。
3、就業崗位
利用信息技術進行管理工作的任何崗位，具體有it技術崗（含信息系統設計、開發、維護等）、企業與機關事業單位管理崗、營銷管理崗等。
二、信息管理專業的發展歷程
興起於六十年代，當時主要用於電子信息的處理，如雷達信號處理和空間數據處理，後來隨着管理複雜性的增高，以及人們
對管理效能的日益重視，逐漸形成了信息管理與信息系統專業。
在國外，該專業一般作為計算機學科下的二級學科，我國則作為管理學科下的二級學科，這説明了國內外在專業內涵理念上的巨大差異。
在我國，該專業1981年由清華大學侯炳輝教授首先創辦，迄今已有30年曆史。
三、目前信息管理專業面臨的機遇與挑戰
機遇：是一項可長期工作的專業，且成長空間大。
挑戰：學好專業需下工夫，否則難以掌握好專業技能。
問題：就培養質量來看，非常遺憾，國內高校基本難以達成培養目標，具體體現在：
1、粗通管理學理論，難有管理能力；
2、信息系統應用能力嚴重不足，多數同學信息系統設計、開發能力過弱，甚至連基本的程序設計也未掌握好；
3、對管理方法在具體信息系統中的應用難以掌握，尤其是在各行業管理模式差異較大及中國式管理相對複雜的的國內。
故該專業的同學常常會説，程序設計難學、管理理論空洞、信息系統應用不會。結果就是學生專業技能差，動手能力和創新能力嚴重缺乏，難以滿足社會崗位要求，找工作難。究其原因，問題在於程序設計能力、管理能力、信息系統應用能力，具有很強的實踐性和認知積累，絕非單純的課堂學習就可解決，故信息管理專業的學習應當包
含兩部分：一部分為課堂教學，主要解決專業理論傳授問題，另一部分為實踐和認知能力提升部分。
另外，管理學紛繁複雜，各行各業均有其特點，導致其信息技術應用帶有鮮明的行業特點，應當引起人們高度關注。
四、信息管理專業的學科構架
1、二元學科構架培養模式的缺陷
目前大部分高校信息管理專業採用以計算機科學和管理科學為主的二元學科構架，在計算機技術的飛速發展以及中國複雜的管理環境下缺乏二者的有機結合，尤其缺少具體的應用行業和領域，容易導致專業建設的嚴重滯後的缺陷以及專業特色的缺失。同時，能力和技能培訓缺失，導致學生能力和技能低下，這種模式下培養出來的學生難以滿足社會的需求，尤其是能力要求和崗位要求，必須進行改革。
2、“三元”學科構架+能力培訓
計算機知識+管理與經濟知識+應用領域知識+本科導師制
計算機知識：計算機原理、數據庫原理與應用、程序設計（java、c++、等工具運用）、計算機通信、軟件工程、管理信息系統設計與運用
管理知識：管理學原理與運用、經濟與財務知識
應用領域知識：行業特點與應用實務
能力培訓：具體編程與設計能力
五、如何做優秀的信息管理專業人才
嚴謹踏實的工作作風+紮實的專業基礎+較強的學習能力和創新能力
1、勤懇、踏實的工作作風，不怕困難，勇於進取，直面挑戰的精神；
2、良好的獨立學習能力和專業基礎（計算機知識+管理學知識）；
3、較強的動手能力（系統設計與開發）、創新能力以及綜合能力。

專業介紹
信息管理與信息系統專業是一個具有交叉性、綜合性特點的專業。本專業培養具備現代管理學基礎知識、計算機科學技術知識及應用能力，掌握信息系統分析與設計方法以及信息管理等方面的知識與能力，能從事信息系統分析、設計、實施和管理的高級工程技術人才。
