第一篇：報關英語
ata/atd (actual time of arrival / actual time of departure)：實際到港/離港時間的縮寫。
貨運單 (awb) (air waybill)：由人或以人名義簽發的單據，是託運人和承運人之間貨物運輸的證明。
無人陪伴行李(baggage, unaccompanied)：非隨身攜帶而經託運的行李，以託運方式交運的行李。
保税倉庫(bonded warehouse)：在這種貨倉內，或物可以在沒有期限的情況下存放而無需繳納進口關税。
散件貨物 (bulk cargo)：未經裝上貨板和裝入貨箱的散件貨物。
cao (cargo for freighter only)：“僅限貨機承運”的縮寫，表示只能用貨機運載。到付運費(charges collect)：在航空貨運單上列明向收貨人收取的費用。
預付運費(charges prepaid)：在航空貨運單上列明託運人已付的費用。
計費重量(chargeable weight)：用來計算航空運費的重量。計費重量可以是體積重量，或是當貨物裝於載具中時，用裝載總重量減去載具的重量。
到岸價格cif (cost, insurance and freightage)：指“成本、保險和運費”，即c＆f外加賣方為貨物購買損失和損毀的保險。賣方必須與保險商簽訂合同並支付保費。
收貨人 (consignee)：其名字列明於航空貨運單上，接收由承運人所運送的貨物之人。交運貨物 (consignment)：由承運人在某一時間及地點接收託運人一件或多件的貨物，並以單一的航空貨運單承運至某一目的地的。
發貨人 (consignor)：等同於託運人。
集運貨物 (consolidated consignment)：由兩個或兩個以上託運人託運的貨物拼成的一批貨物，每位託運人都與集運代理人簽訂了空運合同。
集運代理人 (consolidator)：將貨物集合成集運貨物的人或機構。
cosac (community systems for air cargo)：“高識”計算機系統的縮寫。是香港空運貨站有限公司的信息及中央物流管理計算機系統 。
海關 (customs)：負責徵收進出口關税、查禁走私和麻醉品交易及濫用的政府機構（在香港稱香港海關）。
海關代碼 (customs code)：由香港海關(c&ed)為一批貨物加註的代碼，以表明清關結果或要求貨站經營者/收貨人採取何種清關行動。
清關 (customs clearance)：在原產地、過境和在目的地時為貨物運輸或提取貨所必須完成的海關手續。
危險貨物 (dangerous goods)：危險貨物是指在空運時可能對健康、安全或財產造成重大威脅的物品或物質。
運輸申報價值 (declared value for carriage)：由託運人向承運人申報的貨物價值，目的是要決定運費或設定承運人對損失、損害或延誤所承擔責任的限制。
海關申報價值 (declared value for customs)：適用於，為核定關税金額而向海關申報的貨物價值。
墊付款 (disbursements)：由承運人向代理人或其它承運人支付，然後由最終承運人向收貨人收取的費用。這些費用通常是為支付代理人或其它承運人因運輸貨物而付出的運費和雜費而收取的。
edifact (electronic data interchange for administration, commerce and transportation)：是“管理、商業和運輸電子資料交換”的縮寫。difact是用於電子資料交換的訊息句法的國際標準。
禁運 (embargo)：指承運人在一定期限內拒絕在任何航線或其中的部分航線上或接受轉
機的來往於任何地區或地點承運人任何商品、任何類型或等級的貨物。
eta/etd (estimated time of arrival / estimated time of departure)：預計到港/離港時間的縮寫。
出口許可證 (export license)：准許持證人（託運人）向特定目的地出口指定商品的政府許可文件。
fiata (federation internationale des associations de transitaires et assimilées)：fiata 被許可人——被許可在香港發出fiata文件[作為託運人和運輸代理人收貨證明(fcr)的fiata 提單（fbl）] [fiata bill of lading (fbl) "as carrier" & forwarders certificate of receipt(fcr)] 的成員。受貨運代理責任保險的保障(最低責任限額：us$250,000)。
離岸價格fob (free on board)：在「船上交貨」的條件下，貨物由賣方在買賣合同指定的裝船港裝船。貨物損失或受損害的風險在貨物經過船舷（即離開碼頭被置於船上後）時便轉移給買方，裝卸費由賣方支付。
機場離岸價 (fob airport)：這術語與一般fob術語類似。賣方在離境機場將貨物交與航空承運人後，損失風險便由賣方轉移到買方。貨運代理 (forwarder)提供服務（如收貨、轉貨或交貨）以保證和協助貨物運輸的代理人或公司。
總重 (gross weight)：裝運貨物的全部重量，包括貨箱和包裝材料的重量。
haffa (hong kong air freight forwarding association)：香港貨運業協會有限公司(haffa)的縮寫，始創於1966年，是一個推動、保障和發展香港貨物運輸業的非贏利性組織。
貨運代理空運提單（即 ：貨運分運單）(hawb) (house air waybill)：該文件包括拼裝貨物中的單件貨物，由混裝貨物集合人簽發，幷包括給拆貨代理人的指示。
iata (international air transport association)：國際航空運輸協會的縮寫。iata是航空運輸業的組織，為航空公司、旅客、貨主、旅遊服務代理商和政府提供服務。協會旨在促進航空運輸安全和標準化（行李檢查、機票、重量清單），並協助核定國際空運收費。iata的總部設於瑞士日內瓦。

鮮活貨物 (perishable cargo)：在特定期限內或在不利的温度、濕度或其它環境條件下，易腐的貨物。
預裝貨物 (prepacked cargo)：在提交貨站經營者之前已由託運人包裝在載具中的貨物。收貨核對清單(reception checklist list)：貨運站經營者接收託運人貨物時簽發的文件。受管制託運商制度（regulated agent regime）：是政府對所有空運代理進行安全檢查的制度。
提貨單 (shipment release form)：承運人向收貨人簽發的文件，用於從貨運站經營者處提取貨物。
託運人 (shipper)：貨物運輸合同中指定的向收貨人發貨的人或公司。
活動物／危險品 託運人證明書 (shipper's certificate for live animals/
dangerous goods)：託運人所作的聲明-聲明其貨物已根據iata最新版本的規則和所有承運人規則和政府法例的規定，將貨物妥善包裝、準確描述，使其適合於空運。
託運人託運聲明書（簡稱：託運書）(shipper's letter of instruction)：包括託運人或託運
人的代理人關於準備文件和付運貨物的指示的文件。
sta/std (schedule time of arrival / schedule time of departure)：預計到港／離港時間的縮寫 。
tact (the air cargo tariff)：由國際航空出版社(iap)與國際航空運輸協會(iata)合作出版的“空運貨物運價表”的縮寫。
運費表 (tariff)：承運人運輸貨物的收費價格、收費和/或有關條件。運費表因國家、貨物重量和/或承運人的不同而有所差異。
載具 (unit load device)：用於運輸貨物的任何類型的集裝箱或集裝板。
貴重貨物 (valuable cargo)：貨物申報價值毛重平均每千克等於或超過1,000 美元的貨物，例如黃金和鑽石等。
聲明價值附加費 (valuation charge)：以託運時申報的貨物價值為基礎的貨物運輸收費。易受損壞或易遭盜竊的貨物 (vulnerable cargo)：沒有申明價值但明顯需要小心處理的貨物，或特別容易遭受盜竊的貨物。
