my favorite book is (italian: cuore). this is a diary written by an italian boy enrico. the diary is about his life and study. it included various touching stories that happened around enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. every word in the chapter describes the word "love". from patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.
this novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. i really like this book very much. how about you? what is your favorite book?

well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. the story is happy ending.

sure. it is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. i am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little princein the story. i have decided to learn from her from now on.

the elves and the shoemaker
many years ago, there was a shoe shop. a shoemaker and his wife lived there. they were very poor. they only had one piece of leather. they wanted to ;make one more pair of shoes.
that night, theshoemaker put the leather on the table. then they went to bed.
the next day, the shoemaker saw a new pair shoes on the table. he was very happy. soon a man came into the shop. he bought the shoes. now the shoemaker had some money.
the shoemaker bought more leather. he wanted to make two pairs of shoes. he put the leather on the table. then he went to bed. the next day, there were two pairs of new shoes on the table.
the next night, the shoemaker didn’t go to bed. he saw two elves in his shop. they made the shoes. the shoemaker wanted to thank the elves. he mad some little clothes for them. he also cooked them a big dinner.
that night, the elves came to the shop. there wasn’t any leather. but they were very happy to find the new clothes and food.

為什麼不行動
尊敬的各位領導、老師，親愛的同學們:
大家好！

生活中，有許多這樣的人，他們對人生有着種種設想與規劃，有着十分美好的理想與願望，可就是不用實際行動來實現它，這樣一來，即使構想出再有價值的東西，也是胎死腹中，令人惋惜。
老鼠沒有行動，是因為恐懼，我們沒有行動，是因為什麼呢？不要找任何藉口來回答這個問題，任何藉口都是蒼白無力的。
我們應該隨時告誡自己：下定決心做某件事的時候，一定要立即行動。
我們每一個人都應該牢牢記住，上天不會因為你美好的想法而送你一個美好的前程。那麼，為什麼還不行動？

good morning, boys and girls. have you ever noticed the cars in the road? whit the development of society, people’s living
standard is raising. but some problems come out. here are some pictures i will show you.
from the pictures, we can know the problems. i will classify from three ways: the quality of the air which we rely on become worse and worse; the limited oil resource is used very fast; in the commuting rush hour, the traffic is very busy and the traffic accidents happen very frequently.
facing those serious problems, we humans must take immediate measures. i will give you some advice to help solve those problems.

as most of us know, it is very convenient of driving private cars. we can’t ignore the bad effects from it.
first, it is bad for our environment. with the blooming of society, environment plays an important role in our daily life. automobile produces a great deal of waste gases into air. the waste gases, existing carbon, make our environment worse and worse, which have been affecting everyone.
second, it is bad for saving the soil resource. most of the cars are using oil as their power. the demand for oil is becoming higher and
higher. as most of us know, oil resource is limited. if we continue using cars, it will be a great challenge for the limited oil resource.
last, it is not convenient for us any longer. when we choose to drive to work, it is common to have traffic jams. and it may take you more time to go to work. as the traffic accidents happen very frequently, it is dangerous for us. every year, there are many people die in traffic accidents.
as the problems exist truly, what can we do for it? i strongly suggest that we reduce to use the private cars. and we can do from the next there ways. we should enhance the awareness of environment protection. choosing to take the bus is better than driving private cars. if it is possible, walking and riding a bike are also good choices. they are not only having contributions for the environment protection, but also good for our health.
now, we know the bad influences brought by using cars:
polluting the environment, wasting oil resource, being a dangerous factor for people’s life. we should take immediate measures for it. we must enhance the awareness of environment protection. we can choose to walk or ride instead of reducing to using private ’s all. thank you for listening!
