Every time when the public holiday comes, a lot of people have planned to travel somewhere and enjoy the leisure time. This year, as the mid-autumn festival and National Day come together, so there will be a long holiday. While for me, I am not going travel anywhere, because I don't want to join the crowd, instead, I just want to stay in my house and enjoy the family hour. I am so happy that my grandparents will come to stay a few days with us. My parents decide to have the family barbecue and ask more relatives to come. It is such a GREat reunion, and nothing can compare this moment. What's more, we will drive to our hometown, which is near to the city. There will be less people and we can appreciate the beauty of nature.
每次法定假期來臨的時候，很多人都會計劃出遊，享受休閒時光。今年中秋節和國慶節放在一起，所以會有一個長假，對我來説，我不打算去任何地方旅遊，因為我不想去那麼擁擠的地方，我反而只是想呆在家裏，享受家庭時光。
我很高興，我爺爺奶奶會來和我們呆幾天。我父母決定舉辦家庭燒烤，邀請更多的親戚來。這是一次隆重的聚會，沒有什麼可以比得上這一刻了。而且，我們會開車去我們的家鄉，也在城市的附近。沒什麼人，我們可以欣賞大自然的美。
With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect to it, because it want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to Jiuzhai Valley with my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery of Jiuzhai Valley is very beautiful in autumn that it’s the best time to travel there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to wait.
As the National Day is coming, a lot of people gathered in the Tiananmen Square, waiting for the countdown moment. They sing songs loudly, showing their passion for this big country. China is developing so fast and it gains GREat reputation in the world. As more and more foreign people travel and study in China, they fall in love with this country and attrACTed by the food and the culture here. They are also surprised by the GREat change and the vitality. The development brings us a lot of chances to do our business, so we need to master skills and prepare for the chance. I am so proud of being part of China.

A GRAND flag-raising ceremony would be held at the square in front of the Citizens’ Center on the morning of Oct. 1 to celebrate China’s National Day, a government source said.
The national anthem will be played as the five-star red national flag is raised at 7:30 a.m., marking the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
“It will be the largest flag-raising ceremony in the history of Shenzhen, and it will be the first time citizens will be allowed to closely witness the scene,” a government official said.
“About 1,000 people from different walks of life in Shenzhen have been organized to attend the ceremony,” he said.
The ceremony will be performed by a national flag guard under the local armed police contingent.
The team, which was set up in 2002, now has 86 members who have undergone strict professional training.
On the morning of National Day in Beijing, several thousand residents and travelers from other provinces are expected to witness a flag-raising ceremony in Tiananmen Square.
Embraced widely by Chinese as a means to express their love and respect for the motherland, flag-raising ceremonies will also be held in many other places across China.
