專業上，勤奮學習並提高專業理論知識，爭取更多地瞭解學科前沿課題和發展方向，同時涉獵人文歷史、組織管理等方面知識，爭做有所專長的知識面寬廣的複合型人才;結合導師的科研項目與工程項目，掌握了從事科學研究的方法，訓練了科技論文寫作能力，並將專業知識與生產實踐相結合，寓學於實踐。
品德修養和組織協調能力上，具有強烈的集體觀念和為實現集體目標努力工作的願望;與人相處豁達大度、公正開明、不計小利、主動溝通、倡導協作共贏;具有獨立負責、組織協調工作的初步能力。

第三篇：博士生自我鑑定
歲月流轉，年華瞬逝。曾有的美好是今朝追尋的夢。懷想不是因為遙遠，是因為離別的鐘聲已經敲響。大學，我以拼搏的汗水洗淨了知識的塵埃，以不斷的勤勞奮進擦盡了塵世浮華，卻忘記到了作別的長亭，離去的碼頭。暮然回首，得失之間。惆悵與歡悦羈絆着前行的心。惟有追憶，方覺擁有的永恆！ 收穫是對奮鬥的饋贈，七年碩博生涯的點點彙集，七個春秋的孜孜以求，日以夜繼的孤身書海，心領神會的傾聽慧語，兢兢業業的投身事業，我學會了珍惜，懂得了追求。失去，是因時間的無情與付出的匱乏而酸楚，那是深深的烙印，這耐人尋味的烙印必將陪伴我，必將在以後的學習、生活和工作中時刻感染着我、激勵着我，七年，受益匪淺的七年。
在博士階段，我光榮地加入了中國共產黨，對此，我倍感欣慰和責任，我熱愛祖國，熱愛人民，堅決擁護共產黨領導和社會主義制度，遵紀守法，有堅定的政治方向。
面對即將離校，踏入社會，既喜悦又彷徨，對於社會，即使我是博士，也是初來乍到，要學習的還有很多，玉不琢不成器，人不學不知道，畢竟終究還是面向社會的人而非一直留在象牙塔的人。
