“5.25”大學生心理健康教育活動月

徵文大賽徵集活動計劃

一.活動背景:

為了激發大學生對學習生活的深度感悟,為同學們提供心靈傾訴的互動平台,

探索心理健康知識的源泉,書寫唯美激昂的篇章。讓同學們以文字的形式悦納自我的內心世界,寫出對生活的感悟,記錄點滴感恩之情,我係特舉辦“5.25”大學生心理健康教育活動月徵文大賽徵文活動。

二.活動主題:

“悦納自我,感恩生活,關注心理健康,構建和諧校園。”

三、活動目的:

1、普及心理健康常識,提升心理健康工作水平

2、幫助學生解決心理困惑,提高自我教育的積極性、主動性,引導學生充分

認識心理健康對自身發展的重要性

3、學會心理調適的技巧,營造積極向上的心理氛圍,促進學生全面發展和健

康成長

4、讓更多的同學進一步意識到,在認真學好知識的同時,還應積極地關注自

身的心理健康,不斷完善自己的人格,以適應現代社會的需要。

四.活動時間:2014年6月4日

五. 作品要求:

1)體裁不限,可為心理情景劇劇本、心理格言、心情故事、心靈講述、

論文、隨筆、詩歌、散文、調研報告等,字數不限。

2)內容積極向上,彰顯大學生健康心理。

3)語言流暢、文字精煉、嚴禁抄襲、一經發現將取消該生參賽資格。

4)參賽作品需有手寫稿(有封皮)及電子版。

六.活動流程:

1.由宣傳小組進行前期的宣傳工作。

2.活動進行期間由項目組負責收集各方呈遞上的文章並交由審核組審核!

3.由審核組選出其中優秀的文章,並給予評價。

4.數學系不設立獎項,擇優秀作品上交校級。優秀作品按比例選出一、二、

三等獎及優秀獎若干名,頒發校級榮譽證書。

七. 徵文評比:

“共圓中國夢,同鑄理院魂”

——記數學系碩士研究生經驗交流會

2014年5月31日,由理學院12碩數學第一、第二、第三黨支部聯合組織,以“共圓中國夢,同鑄理院魂”為主題的數學系碩士經驗交流會在誠意樓102舉行。本着一切服務同學的宗旨,數學系12碩的三個黨支部邀請了即將畢業本系學長為12級的碩士同學就找工作、保博、留學等問題分享了他們的心得體會

侯海婷同學在得到邀請後認真的為同學們準備了關於求職ppt,從怎樣做簡歷到面試着裝、從行政能力測試到保潔八大問,從求職網站介紹到爭取實習機會,全面的為同學們介紹瞭如何找到自己滿意的工作。

簽約到航天九院的魏巍同學在和大家一起分享自己的求職經歷時,更多的把能夠簽約到心儀的單位歸功於自己“人品大爆發”,但從他的發言中可以感受到注重自身知識積累和能力養成才是他打開求職之門的鑰匙。

準備到香港理工大學讀博的王洪同學最後發言,他從自身經歷出發,為大家詳細介紹了到香港以及其他國家和地區留學所需要做的準備,認真的為大家分析了香港以及主要歐美國家的出國政策,為有留學意向的同學答疑解惑。

參加本次交流會的11級同學還有鮑翠紅、崔影、楊濤濤、苗健等四位同學。

互動交流階段現場氛圍熱烈,12級的同學紛紛就自己所關心的問題進行提問,學長一一作答。活動結束後,12級同學為前來參加經驗交流會的學長送上精心準備的小禮物和真切的祝福。

整個活動持續了兩個多小時,會後同學反映收穫頗豐。“它山之石,可以攻玉”,學長學姐們的求職經驗使大家更明確了自己努力的方向,對求職也變得更加坦然。數學系12碩的各個黨支部也將在以後的工作中,為同學們在求職、求學、科研、生活方面更多更好的服務,為“共圓中國夢,同鑄理院魂”做出自己的努力。
