由于某种原因你不能去上学，或不能参加某项活动，就应向老师请假。
怎样写请假条呢？
请假条一般应包括以下几个部分：
（1）称呼。要项格写，并在后面加冒号。
（2）正文。要另起一行，空两格。主要写明请假的原因和请多长时间假。
（3）请假人姓名和日期。写在正文的左下方。
